Andy Biggs says the motion to impeach Mayorkas was sent to Committee, which is a way of basically sending it off to oblivion. At this point, it’s going to be really hard to bring this motion back up. We now have a terrible CR agreement after only 2 Democrats and 93 Republicans voted against it. So whose bill is it really? Marxist Dems or GOP? Biggs says he’s trying very hard to make sure Johnson operates differently than McCarthy. Biggs thinks it’s unfortunate that this will be the first impression voters will have of the new Speaker. It’s a continuation of Pelosi, Schumer, and Biden spending levels and policies. Johnson’s proposal is a clean 2-step CR with no reduction in spending and no elimination of policies. Biggs thinks Republicans should have demanded something meaningful in return like aid for Israel, left town and let the Senate decide if they’re going to shut down the government or give Republicans something meaningful. Instead, there is nothing. Biden is incapable of leading the nation yet he’s talking about giving billions more to Iran who is funneling it to other terrorist organizations. Spending policies like this remain in Johnson’s CR. Tom Tiffany is not surprised by the Biden family subpoenas. The investigation of Biden corruption has reached the point where the Oversight Committee is ready to hear from the Bidens in regard to all the foreign checks they received. The Judiciary Committee now knows that David Weiss was denied Special Counsel status by Merrick Garland, despite Garland’s insistence otherwise— and everything the IRS Whistleblowers said has been corroborated. Tiffany says Israel is correct to follow through with the destruction of Hamas, saying they have no choice. Here on the home front, Republicans are trying to advance the “Gaza Act” which would ban anyone with a Palestinian Authority passport from coming into the United States at this time. Tiffany believes it’s becoming more and more evident that this is Obama’s third term. He is the first President in history to stay in Washington, D.C. after two terms in office. Tiffany believes he stayed to finish the job. This is his attempt to diminish America, this managed decline Obama talked about. He and the radical Left want to transform America and they found a willing President in Biden who would carry it out without asking any questions. The same people who worked in the Obama Administration are now in Biden’s. They were put in place for a reason and now more and more Americans are waking up to that fact.GUEST: REP. Cornell University Law Professor William Jacobson says we now know what radicals mean when they say “Free Palestine” and we know what they mean when they say “from the river to the sea.” Hamas showed us. They mean mass murder, rape, torture and mutilation. That’s what Palestine Liberation now means if anyone had any doubt. If anyone wants these things, they are pro-genocide and we need to be honest about that. The cruelty and torture inflicted on Israelis on Oct 7th was very much like Isis and the Nazis. It’s very shocking that we have students on college campuses advocating the invasion of Israel, chanting for the extermination of Jewish people in Israel. An arrest of a Cornell student for making threats against Jewish students exposed the extremely dark underside of radical campus culture. Jacobson wonders how a science genius became so radicalized that he would threaten to kill Jews? Cornell has a very deep problem brought to the surface. The Hamas attack didn’t create the problem but it brought it to the surface. Jacobson says the student had mental issues, the question is, why did he turn it against Jews? Jacobson believes it’s due to the campus culture. He says faculty at most elite schools are completely radicalized and view “activism” as their profession. For the past 30 years, faculties have hired their own until we reached the point where faculties at most universities look nothing ideologically like America.  GUEST: PROF. Rep. Nancy Mace says Americans finally got the leader they deserve in Speaker Mike Johnson. He’s a staunch fiscal Conservative who wants to get things done. In his first 24 hours as Speaker, Mace says they voted on more than 50 amendments and this week he gave notice the House would be voting until 2 am. Mace says they will get 12 appropriation bills out by the end of next week but she doubts the Senate will act on them, so it will be up to the House to find an alternate plan. Mace says the House has the power of the purse and they have to use it. She believes once Republicans prove multiple funding mechanisms of money flowing to Joe Biden from various LLC’s to show money laundering, bribery, tax and wire fraud, Speaker Johnson will move for impeachment. Mace would like to see both Hunter Biden and their bookkeeper subpoenaed to show Joe Biden’s fingerprint and hands on the family operation. She says they need enough evidence to be undeniable so even mainstream media can’t look the other way. Mace says Republicans must unify behind Donald Trump as the party nominee. Holding the House majority and winning the Senate are big question marks so the White House is the most important election next year. Mace says we can’t secure the border without a strong, Conservative President.  GUEST: REP. Rep. Col. Doug Macgregor says he wants to help Israel and wants to see them survive but we’re not acting in a way that would help Israel save itself. There are 90 million Turks, almost the same number of Iranians. Do we think 6 million Israelis will prevail? For the moment Israel is focusing on annihilating Hamas but it’s rapidly growing into a regional conflict. All of the Muslim Arab states from Morocco to Indonesia are upset with what the Israelis are doing in Gaza because they see it as disproportionate. Macgregor believes they’re reaching the point where they’re willing to take action collectively against Israel. Iran has an enormous arsenal capable of reaching all of Israel. Turkey could put 2 million men in the field with a naval fleet of more than 100 ships. Pakistan has said they would lend support to the Turks in the form of nuclear warheads. Egypt wants to put 200K on the border. Gen. el-Sisi doesn’t want war but he may not have a choice because his people are enraged and want to protect the Arab population in Gaza. Macgregor thinks we’re overwhelmed. The Israelis are in a very difficult position and should reconsider the wisdom of pressing ahead in Gaza. Israel is isolated in the region, The U.S. is their only friend and we don’t have the forces and very few war stocks. Macgregor says we’ve emptied almost everything into this pit called Ukraine. The war in Ukraine is lost. We’re trying to keep it on life support at the same time we’re confronted with a much larger, more dangerous situation. Macgregor believes Russia will stand by the Iranians and Turks so the best option for the U.S. and Israel is to work out a ceasefire.  GUEST: COL.
