Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sound is 100% in favor of an investigation of the J6 Committee and feels all but a few minutes of the 44,000 hours of video should be released to the public, for security reasons. Speaker Johnson has said there will be a big push to get the truth out of what really happened on J6 and Sund hopes he will follow through because something just didn’t feel right to him about that day. Sund has testified twice about what he saw on J6 and the institutional failings that contributed to that day. Three years later and four Congressional Reports all saying it was an intelligence failure. Sund was not allowed to see intel reports and his requests on Jan. 3rd for more officers, unarmed National Guard and a bigger fence were ignored. Sund says if he had received intelligence like usual and the resources he requested, we wouldn’t be here today. Sund went to Congressional leadership on Jan. 3rd to ask for assistance to call in the National Guard and his requests were denied. Then on Jan 6, it took 81 minutes before the first window was smashed. Sund’s calls for federal assistance were repeatedly denied for over an hour, even while under attack. Sund was removed from his job just hours after J6 and had no involvement in the investigation of the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt by his officer, Lt. Rep. Matt Rosendale filed a motion to impeach Biden’s Def. Sec. Lloyd Austin based on his pattern of behavior since his confirmation. Rosendale says he’s misled the American people or flat out lied. Austin didn’t inform the President he would be unavailable during a medical emergency and that is a national security threat. Then there was the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan where 13 soldiers lost their lives trying to evacuate Americans. Then there was the Chinese spy balloon. Austin knew about it yet allowed it to fly into American airspace over military installations across the country before shooting it down. First Austin denied it, then said the balloon couldn’t collect data or transmit images back to China which we knew was a flat out lie. Rosendale says we now have cellular data showing it absolutely transmitted images and data back to China. When you combine all of these events, Rosendale says it warrants impeachment. Rosendale says Austin has been the architect of the “wokenization” of our military. If you don’t know if you’re a man or a woman, you shouldn’t have your hand on the button that’s going to be launching missiles to protect our country.  GUEST: REP. Roger Stone says the never-Trump wing of the Republican Party which exists at the leadership level of the party is really flogging the candidacy of Nikki Haley. She has taken in $70 million dollars in special interest money over the past couple of weeks. Stone says no one has ever won the Iowa Caucus by more than 20 points and Trump could win by as many as 30 yet the headline in the news will be “Haley upsets DeSantis.” Stone thinks Trump will win both Iowa and New Hampshire then roll through South Carolina. If Trump defeats Haley in her home state, Stone says it’s the end of the line for her campaign. Stone says it’s not just that Trump’s polling continues to grow, it’s the level of intensity of his support. His voters are rock solid. They’re not changing their vote. Congressman Tim Burchett says the soon-to-be released Jeffrey Epstein court documents will not offer much new information and he expects there will be a cover-up. He’s suspicious how the most talked about prisoner in the world on suicide watch was allowed to commit suicide. Burchett also wants Epstein’s client list contained in the little black book removed from Epstein’s New York apartment. It’s a misnomer to say he flew clients over to Epstein Island to have sex with kids. Burchett says they had violence with those kids. They ruined girls’ and boys’ lives and it shows how far we’ve fallen as a society that elites were allowed to do this. If we cannot look after these kids and prosecute people involved, we’re doomed as a society. And if there are Democrats and Republicans in Congress on the client list, the public needs to know. Burchett says Lady Justice is no longer blind. She wears blinders and pops up now and then to take care of the elite, the wealthy and the powerful in this country. Burchett says you can’t trust a government that doesn’t trust it’s people and right now, our government is not worth trusting. The Congressman says Speaker Mike Johnson was thrown into the deep end of the sewer in Washington, D.C. and it gets you from all angles. Burchett says we have to either shut down the border or shut down the government and he plans to have a heart to heart discussion with Johnson. If he doesn’t get the right answers, Burchett says he’s going to look for a new Speaker again because it’s time to take a stand.GUEST: REP. President Trump’s Pollster John McLaughlin says Trump has seen his poll numbers move up all year heading into the Iowa Caucus now just days away. McLaughlin’s last poll of 2023 has Trump leading Biden 47 to 44 and leading DeSantis and Haley by identical 77 to 26 margins.  The average national polls show Trump winning the Iowa and New Hampshire primaries decisively and in Haley’s home state of South Carolina, Trump is up 2 to 1 among the people who know Haley best. At the same time, Trump is leading Biden in the battleground states and national polls like never before. McLaughlin says Biden is a failed President who has the country on the wrong track and voters are feeling buyer’s remorse. McLaughlin has toured the tunnels in southern Israel, 50-100 meters down, wider than a railroad car. These tunnels go for miles into Israel. When accidentally found in 2014, Israel was going to destroy them but Obama forced Israel into a ceasefire before they could destroy them all and Obama allowed Hamas to continue to operate. McLaughlin says Trump is polling 40% among Liberal Jewish Democrats. While Trump is increasing his coalition, Biden has blown apart the Obama coalition which allowed both Obama and Biden to win. Trump is now winning 1/4 of the Black vote, winning the Hispanic vote and many polls show him winning the young vote. McLaughlin says his polls show that working middle class Americans who voted for Biden last time, are now voting for Trump. Some states are still trying to throw Trump off the ballot for insurrection even though he has never been charged with insurrection. Former House Intel Chairman Devin Nunes says as Congress faces the dilemma of reauthorizing FISA Section 702, members of Congress must decide how they’re going to stop the corruption at the DOJ that is threatening not only the security of our elections but the Republican Party itself. Donald Trump is leading Biden in the national polls and they’re trying to put him in jail with all the charges he’s facing. The FBI used the FISA court to spy on a presidential candidate back in 2016. They used the counterintelligence division of the DOJ and FBI to surveil a President. The House should just pass short term CR’s until they get the answers they want from the DOJ and FBI about targeting Donald Trump, about the invasion at the southern border. Nunes says the only solution to end the corruption of FISA is to have members of the House and Senate oversee the Executive and Judicial Branch. They won’t like the embedded oversight but they can’t be trusted. Tell them you’ll fund them for 30 days until they get the information requested. Then decide whether to fund them for another 30 days. It’s the only leverage the GOP has with a slim majority. Gordon Chang says the Biden Administration’s foreign policy is in collapse and we have not seen such a rapid failure of the United States in our lifetimes. President Trump had the most successful Middle East policy of any American President since FDR. We had stable relations with everyone in the region except Iran. Now China has become the dominant power in the Middle East because Biden opened the door for them. We sacrificed our foreign policy, allowed the Chinese to take over the Gulf Cooperation Council and now we’re being chased out of the region. What Biden has done is take a stable region that is now aflame because of Iran, China and Iran’s proxies. There have been over 100 attacks on American forces in the region. U.S. public health agencies have been silent about China’s “so-called mystery disease.” Dr. Peter McCullough says this is a bacteria that causes pneumonia mainly in children, and in the U.S. can be easily identified and treated. McCullough believes this is intentional fear mongering. Our CDC should get ahead of it, doctors and hospitals briefed and ready with the right antibiotics to snuff this out right away. Instead it’s another failing of our public health system that it’s not responding. The W.H.O. wants a Pandemic Treaty Alliance. Some health organizations are now calling for the withdrawal of Covid vaccines. McCullough thinks vaccines should be retired so there are no more worries about side effects and we can move on.
