Elma, Emily and Mike are joined by a unique British athlete: Montell Douglas represented Great Britain at the 2008 Olympics in both the 100m and the 4x100m relay. She won relay gold at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi......and then in 2016 she gave it up and turned to bobsleigh. Within two years she was at the 2018 Winter Olympics and is aiming to win a medal in Beijing in 2022 at the Winters, 14 years on from a summer Olympic final in the same city.
