What God Commands for the US Govmt
In a last ditch attempt to do the single thing governments are called to do, Attorney General William Barr actually obeyed God. It was the first time in 17 years for the US Federal Jurisprudence. However, the overall obedience to God ratio was only 0.1% for the US governments—a drop from 1.2% obedience ratio in 1996. Governments do a lot of things they're not supposed to do, and fail to do the one thing they are supposed to do. Here is a quick primer on governments for those who are interested in politics or even voting from time to time.
Religious Jesus Talk in Congress
The Democrats are often more adept at the Jesus talk than the Republicans, but it is indicative of a nation of whom God says, "They honor me with their lips, but their heart is far from me." In vain they worship the Lord teach as doctrine the commandments of men. We go over the ten commandments of the left who would have nothing to do with God's law communicated in the Bible. How in the world will anybody distinguish between the fake Jesus religion and the real thing these days?New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Are Christians Dividing Over Trump?
Questions swirl around the 2020 election. Passions run high even within churches between the Never Trumpers and the Forever Trumpers. How might we avoid the “cult of Trump” while still rendering honor to whom honor is due? Are Trump voters supposed to regret voting for him? We interact with Michael Brown’s recent set of Op-ed articles. New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Inauguration 2021 — Another Presidential Disappointment
On the inauguration of the 46th president, here is an assessment of the state of the nation, a nation in tatters, a nation in the midst of collapse. Did we really make America great again? What am I going to do with this red hat? Each president becomes a new disappointment. The words ring hollow, except for Garth Brooks' singing Amazing Grace. Can God save these wretches? We compare the state of the nation with the standards of God's Word. They aren't going to fix the nation. But, we can say that "Those who lead you cause you to err, and destroy the way of your paths."New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Water Witching, Microwaves, and UFOs
Western Christian influence brought about breakthroughs in science, but over the last century a pseudo-science and eastern mysticism is back. What in the world does Darwinian evolution, microwave ovens, water witching, and UFO's have to do with witchcraft? When does science veer away from its proper realm? What's wrong with the idea that a spirit essence or memory of a substance remains in a solvent? What happens when science tries to "verify" or speak authoritatively to the supernatural? Author and scientist Dan Brown offers food for thought for Christians who want to know the hard limitations of scientific inquiry in this segment of the program.
Leave America. Go Where?
As the last hope for a Republican margin for liberty in America disappears, some still grapple with the question, "When do we leave?" And, "Where do we go?" Two freedoms are still essential—the freedom to keep our kids out of the indoctrination, brainwashing systems, and the freedom to speech. The majority of college students now advocate dispensing with the first amendment to the US constitution. But, for the time being, the US Supreme Court disagrees. Praise God for the freedoms still left.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Climate Change vs. Real Science
Climate change is back on the table. But will climate change deniers be kicked out of college, or put in prison? What happens when somebody questions the highest orthodoxy of the modern scientism religion? That's we do in this program, but we don't talk about climate change much. We talk about science, induction, probabilities, alchemy, computer modeled astrology, and the fear of God. The problem is much more serious than Al Gore and his hockey stick. The modern world has destroyed science.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
The “Establishment”
What is the "Establishment" referenced so much, mostly by conservatives? And shall Christians support the MSM and Big Tech Media? We contrast the worldview of the MSM, Fox News, and the other 3% of news sources. Does Fox News maintain the three sacraments of the establishment religion? Christians must reject the establishment message and oppose the medial cabal. But many have a hard time accepting marginalization and castigation, and facing down the enemy. This too will be a faith challenge.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Impeachment 2.0
There are two mobs operating in Washington DC. Our concern today is the second mob that isn’t considering the facts, but more emotions, rhetoric, and political drama. As Christians, we should be concerned with facts, and that’s what we take a close look at on this edition of the program. We carefully examine the presidential speech prior to the break into the nation’s Capitol building. We also compare the charge to previous incidences of insurrection and court decisions in US history. How does God want us making judgment, and how does respect for persons apply to the shenanigans of the last year — Marxist or anarchical? America's Future in the Balance
America has a unique heritage unlike any other; she was self-consciously founded in covenant with God. But we have since broken the covenant in every way, and God's judgment is coming down on us a result. Have we gone past the tipping point, the point of no return? Is there no hope left for us? Dr. Marshall Foster joins us on this edition of the program as we discuss these questions. There may be hope if we fall to our knees, return to God, and remember His mighty deeds. College System Turned on Head
Colleges have lost 3.5 million students in the last ten years — that's like the closure of 200 large state universities (4 per state). The entire educational-economic complex is turned on its head. Do we still need to "save" for our children's college education? Or is it time for us to wake up and realize we are in a different world now? It's a whole new game, but how do we invest? What now? Lecrae Campaigns for Pro-Aborts in Georgia
One of the most important evangelical cultural leaders in America campaigns for pro-abortion candidates in Georgia. These actions were critical in Georgia, and may have served to shift power in the Western world towards promoting an anti-Christian worldview. Lecrae explains his reasoning in a video just released, which we carefully consider from a Christian worldview perspective. Is government responsible for changing the environment, eliminating poverty and thereby “decreasing crime?” Or is government responsible for punishing murder? Bad theology and bad anthropology will produce bad public policy and bad everything else.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
America's Balance of Powers is Shifting
We're witnessing a historic moment as the balance of powers is shifting in America. There has been much confusion surrounding the integrity of the elections as well as a significant drop-off in confidence in the American institutions. Both the right and the left appear to be increasingly more self-consistent with their positions. But what are the worldviews behind these self-consciously held foundations? There are theological roots behind them, which we would do well to understand and compare to Biblical theology. We discuss the current situation of the Democrats' rise to power once again, and also take a look at newly-elected Senator Warnock's theology on this edition of the program.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Making Sense of the Chaos in DC
These are historic moments in the history of a nation. Is America falling apart? How do we explain what's going on to our children? Bottom line: The nations raged. The kingdoms were moved. He uttered His voice. The earth melted. Leftists, BLM, and Antifa virtually shut down city governments, beat back the police, and left the country with $2 billion in damage last year, and they are lauded by the media for it. The agenda advances. But are the protests counter-productive, futile, and disempowering for the other side? Our agenda for change cannot come by short-cuts and revolutions. Here, we observe several things from a president who has lost support from. . .well. . .just about everybody in the world. We are left with the same basic need - men of integrity, real faith, and courage to lead our communities in the years to come. New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Who Determines the Canon?
One of the most troublesome questions for many non-Christians and Christians is the question of the canon of Scripture. How do we know which books should constitute the Word of God? On what basis would we reject the Book of Enoch or Second Macabees? As J I Packer put it, “The church no more gave us the canon than Sir Isaac Newton gave us the laws of Gravity.” Pastor Philip Kayser is author of an extensive work on the Canon of Scripture and joins us on Generations. The World Geopolitical Situation
Economically, militarily, and geopolitically the world balance of powers is shifting for the first time since World War II. Will the EU abandon the US? Alliances with China are on the rise. China was negligible as an economic force in 1980. The nation rides neck and neck with the US, and America is crumbling. The east is on the rise. The west is on the decline. That's obvious. But where are we now? Is it Trump vs. the whole world? We review the geopolitical situation and return to Psalm 2:9-11 and Revelation 19:15-16.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Most Admired Men of 2020
Americans named Donald Trump as the most admired man of 2020, but the next nine on the list were all leftists and liberals. Is Trump the last hero left for the right? But, what about the poor wise man who saved the city? Or what about those "of whom the world was not worthy?" God's heroes aren't the world's heroes.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
All Advances in Medicine from Christians
Why are all the meaningful advances in modern medical science attributed exclusively to Christians? You know their names. Alexander Fleming. James Young Simpson. Louis Pasteur. Charle Best. Cotton Mather. Edward Jenner. Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen, discoverer of the X Ray. Raymond Damadian, discoverer of the MRI machine. And what did the humanists bring to medical science in the later 20th century? The birth control pill. The humanists have killed billions. But Christians, the followers of the Great Physician from Galilee, have saved the lives of billions with the discoveries of anesthesia, insulin, vaccines, antibiotics, germ theory, and the Xray and the MRI.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Year of Fear. . . and Faith
It was a big year. The world economy took the biggest hit in 140 years. It was the biggest year of transitions in a century, the biggest year for socialism since the 1930s, the biggest year for anarchy on the streets, the biggest year for the American church, and the biggest year for disease in about a century. It was the year Babylon fell. It was the year of fear. . . but where was the fear of God? It was the year God shook the world. Durable Trades, Family Economy
Everybody knows or should know the present economic situation is unsustainable. Zero interest prime rates. Debt to GDP’s of 400% plus. The Wilshire 5000 to GDP in excess of 1.85. The crack up is inevitable now. But, how does one make it through the economic hard boot? What is the stabilizing factor? Where are the durable trades that will stand the test of time? Kevin Swanson chats with Rory Groves, author of a new book representing key research into the durable trades and family-centered economies. Were the Frontier Folk Poorly Educated?
America became the strongest nation on earth, economically and politically, on the backs of one-room-school houses and homeschools. Then, the experts showed up. They centralized controls, incorporated compulsory attendance, and then ruined it. Fourteen year old girls would speak at a 16-grade level and put the present president of the United States to shame for their literary abilities. Big government-funded education and the elimination of the fear of God from public schools pretty much ruined education in the US.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com

Remember Those Bound this Christmas
While families enjoy Christmas all over America, a Christian continues serving time in a prison for his faith. Caught on a technicality while trying to help another Christian extricate herself from an ungodly relationship, Phillip Zodhiates is working on his third year in prison. Here is a bonafide persecution case taking place in the United States, but will the president of the United States pardon him? He pardons drug dealers, bank robbers, and others. Would he pardon a Christian?New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
We Will Not Be Silenced
As opposition to Christianity intensifies in Western nations, how do real Christians respond? How does the Apostle Peter and the others respond to the intense opposition on the part of the religious leaders in the Book of Acts? Dr. Erwin Lutzer, author of the new book “We Will Not Be Silenced,” describes the present antithesis and the proper Christian response to it. How do we resist amalgamation into the world’s ideas? How do we speak the truth in love? How does courage and faith demonstrate itself in the present situation?New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Hollywood the Great is Fallen!
The golden age of Hollywood is over. . . way over. The cultural powerhouse which led much of the revolution that destroyed the West is a mere shadow of what she used to be. The harlot on the beast has got a bad case of arthritis and dementia. In 1930, 80 million Americans attended the cinema weekly, and that fell to 24 million in 2019, down to almost nothing in 2020. The star system has collapsed. We provide a brief history of Hollywood as it took the lead in the sexual revolution of the 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. The worldview shifted from decadent to decayed and dystopian. Nobody is watching the movies favored by the Academy. It’s over. The Babylon of Revelation 18 always seems to topple, and heaven rejoices.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Socialist Liberals vs. Christian Roots
The socialists and liberals always pretend compassion, and they end up killing more people. The body count racks up when you look at what communists, socialists, eugenicists, and liberals have done to the world since 1900. After killing 4.5 billion people, liberals would get upset with conservatives who wish to implement the death penalty on a few hundred people. But, the root issue is that they don’t fear God, which would have been the beginning of wisdom. We contrast the modern state with the formation of the nation. Was America ever a Christian country? The answer is yes. . .until 1789. New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Rise and Fall of Celebrity Pastors
Celebrity pastors seeking to be famous turn out to be infamous, and the pattern repeats itself over and over again. But pastors who follow in the bloody footsteps of the Master will be infamous in a different way. They would be infamous for the same reason that Jesus was infamous and dragged over to the cross. But what is the difference between celebrity pastors and shepherds who are totally accessible, always approachable, and generally throwing their lives away for the flock? The Things that Divide Us
The nation is more divided than ever, but are the things that divide us of little substance? If the matters are the persecution of Christians and killing babies, then the divide must be as wide as the Grand Canyon. The nation is weakening and dividing. Internationalism, multiculturalism, anti-Christian sentiments, disillusionment with democracy and elections, and partisanship are chipping away at the integrity of America. Rifts are developing. Secession is discussed. Could decentralization protect a few liberties? Perhaps, but only the dismantling of socialist education would bring any meaningful protection of liberty.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Home Schoolers Improve on Worldview
Good news and bad news. A thirty-five year study tracks the biblical worldview acumen of Christian schoolers, home schoolers, and public schoolers, and finds the homeschoolers have improved substantially, and Christian schoolers have steadily declined over 35 years. But, what is the major problem with the worldview of most young folks today? Why are they tending towards Marxism and socialism? Here are important insights for the present day. How to Stop Despair Deaths
The best thing governments can do to stop the despair deaths and recreational drug use is not to ban alcohol and drugs, but ban the teaching of evolution in the public schools. Also, governments could impose responsibility by removing government funding of medical care and other forms of welfare. We discuss the rising use of pot, and the legalization of drugs in the US.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Why Millennial Birth Rate Tipping to 1.0
America is hitting another baby bust during COVID-19. Beyond the typical self-centeredness and materialistic outlook, there is a dystopian view of the future that is dominating in the minds of the millennial generation now. The women had no more children, and the man lost reason and faith (and hope). But, do the covenant promises of God in Acts 2, and elsewhere, render hope and encouragement to Christian parents?New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Grand Experiment with Evolution Fails
The proportion of high school teachers believing in creation has dropped from 9% to 4% since 2007. Meanwhile, a 40 year experiment in evolution has yielded a dead end. After 60,000 generations of E.coli, the E.coli has turned into. . .well . . . It’s still E.coli. Why would 96% of high school biology teachers believe in a fairy tale — a far-fetched hypothesis, no defined mechanism, no meaningful transitional forms in the fossil layers, and zero laboratory evidence in its favor? We spend a few minutes offering examples of irreducible complexity, and going over the impossibility of evolution even if this were a chance universe.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
US Mental Health Slips in 2020
US mental health slipped quite substantially in 2020 as indicated by a Gallup study. All segments of Americans slipped mentally, except for one — Weekly Church Attenders. The most mentally unstable group of all - Democrat women who do not attend church. But here is the question. Why did Christians attending church weekly do significantly better in 2020 vs. 2019, despite the difficult trials they faced?New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Passing the Faith Test
What is the Christian's relationship with worldly fame? What is the worldview behind the zeitgeist and the songs that are most applauded by Christians and non-Christians alike, as compared to the Christian's worldview? We compare two public interviews from popular media conducted with Pastor John MacArthur and one of the most popular Christian singers of the day, Lauren Daigel. At key moments, singers like Lauren Daigel and Carrie Underwood have been hesitant to take the Biblical position on the sins of the day. As we face faith tests, we must be willing to throw it all away--fame, popularity, careers, all of it--for the sake of Christ. New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
The stories behind 6 Christmas carols
Every Christmas season we cherish the Christmas carols that articulate a Biblical understanding of God’s incarnation as the Baby of Bethlehem. But do you know the stories behind them? Based on the research of Kenneth Osbeck, author of 101 Hymn Stories and 101 More Hymn Stories, guest host Adam McManus gives you a behind-the-scenes peek at “O Come, O Come Emmanuel,” “O Little Town of Bethlehem,” “Silent Night,” “Hark the Herald Angels Sing,” “It Came Upon a Midnight Clear,” and “Joy to the World.”New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
8 Christmas projects for your family
In the rush to get out the Christmas card and attend the Christmas productions, we can lose sight of special ways to draw the family closer to one another and to Jesus Christ, the Baby in Bethlehem. Guest host Adam McManus suggests 8 Christmas projects for your family: 1. Make homemade cookies for the neighbors and pass them out with a note. 2. Go caroling with your family and pass out candy canes with the “Legend of the Candy Cane” attached which points them to Christ. 3. Throughout December, start an Advent wreath over dinner. Get the 3 purple candles and pink candle and the Advent wreath ring to hold them at Hobby Lobby or on Amazon. Use the Scriptures, prayers and songs in the Advent devotional guide by Dr. Mark Roberts. 4. Volunteer as a family to ring the silver bell in front of the Salvation Army’s red kettle outside of Walmart for 2 hours on a Saturday. Call your local Salvation Army office. 5. Purchase, wrap and deliver gifts to the children of their imprisoned father through Prison Fellowship’s Angel Tree. 6. Bless your garbage man with pictures from your kids, a hand-written thank you note, and a $10 gift card to Subway or a $10 tip. 7. Make an inexpensive Christmas ornament for a parent or grandparent by gluing a 3-inch miniature Christmas tree to the roof of a Hot Wheel as if a family just bought their Christmas tree and put the red ribbon through the windows. 8. Invite your children to think of acts of service–like wash the car, shovel the driveway or give a hug–that they would write down on slips of paper and place in a Christmassy mini-cookie tin from Hobby Lobby. If your family does any one of these by Monday, December 14th , email [email protected] and include your name, city and state, and your phone number. Adam could be calling you to interview one of your children to include a soundbite in an upcoming www.TheWorldview.com newscast.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Fatal Attraction or Fatal Compromise?
Do churches have to carve out a new category for SSA (Same Sex Attraction), as well as every other type of sexual attraction Same Sex Attraction. (Mrs. Jones Sex Attraction. Sibling Attraction, Animal Attraction. etc. etc.) and pretend that these heart-oriented attractions are sinless, autonomous, and neutral territory? We revisit the Dordt College discussion briefly, but spend most of the time analyzing the latest Christian Reformed Church report on homosexuality. What is the difference between temptation and “natural attraction?” Is it okay to have a heart that defaults on a desire for that which God has expressly forbidden? Must Christians be labeled as with these orientations, identities, or attractions? Why must we always use the psychological terms the world has come up with, instead of sticking with biblical truth and biblical categories? When the world gives us a label, now we have to live down to the label!New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
Rising Persecution in the West
In a world where there is rising persecution towards Christian preaching and intense push-back from the ungodly, what is the best way to spread the Gospel? Jesus confronted the rich young ruler with the hardest thing for him to hear, but He didn't browbeat him. For the ungodly to be converted, it will take the working of the Holy Spirit in an individual's life. For men, this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
The Theology of Sickness
'Tis the season for sickness, so it behooves us to ask the question: What is God teaching us? What is the correct way to view trials? Certainly, sickness humbles us, reminding us once again of how dependent we are upon God. At the end of the day, though, we must have a vision of God, beholding His infinite wisdom and goodness in the midst of suffering, while having a wonderful opportunity to see the power of God at work in our weakness. We also take a look at the hospital occupancy rates over the last 30-40 years, comparing them to today's on this edition of the program.
Reformation of Education
Education is largely what has corrupted the Christian faith over the last 800 years and is central in the battle of the war of the worldviews. Is it time for another education reformation to salvage human civilization? It can only be salvaged, ultimately, by the discipleship of the nations through the education of Christ. On this edition of Generations Radio, Kevin Swanson interviews author Vishal Mangalwadi about the need for Christian influence in higher education.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com
American Faith Implodes — The Metastasis
The metastasis of faith downgrade in the United States occurred between 2011 and 2014. Barna Research recorded a precipitous drop-off of church attendance within just a few years, continuing well into 2020. For a hundred years plus, church attendance continued above forty percent until 2011. Within just nine years, 54% of the professing Christian population abandoned the church. Arguably, it was the worst per-year bloodletting for the Christian church in recorded history. What was the catalyst? What happened in 2012 to trigger the metastasis? Possibilities of Election Fraud
These are critical moments in American history. Will pastors go to jail? Will Christian counselors be fined? The stakes are pretty high for American elections, in that Trump’s appointee to the Supreme Court seems ready to defend religious liberties. Given a political apparatus that kills babies, promotes the breaking of the 6th, the 7th, and 8th commandments with great zeal, what are the possibilities they would break the 9th commandment? Pilgrims Thankful for 400 Years
The Greek word of thanksgiving is literally translated: “The giving of thanks for God’s grace.” We are constantly aware of being graced, we say grace, and we share grace. The Christian life is a three-way grace! We give thanks for 400 years of a tremendous heritage handed down to us by the Plymouth Pilgrims. Such a strong contrast between the slave-based economies and the family economy espoused by the Pilgrims! They experimented with socialism, and then settled on a free market economy early on. America — Beginning and the End
On the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower landing in Plymouth harbor, celebrations are cancelled. Is the nation over? Or is it time to revisit our foundations? The Puritans and Pilgrims were God-centered, covenantal, reformed Christians. God blessed them with a generational faith that penetrated through 4-5 generations, and laid tremendous foundations for a nation. Alas, it is the colleges—Harvard College and other “Christian” colleges—that work hard to destroy the foundations of the nation.New kids and family podcast from Generations - TeachMeTheFaith.com

Over 98% of campaign finance contributions from the internet tech industry went to leftist causes in the 2020 elections. The agenda is sewn up — a monolithic, cultural juggernaut. America’s Expiration Date: AD 2026
Based on past history, empires and big nations don’t last much longer than 250 years. That’s coming up in 6 years, per Cal Thomas. The root cause of national social decay will be the abdication of men. We point out that the 7 nations in the world where man have abdicated in leadership are sinking fast by GDP/capita. Where men are still alive and active, the GDP/capita is still on the rise. What happens after the end?
