Amelia Boone is a longtime pro athlete living in Colorado. Amelia is one of the most decorated OCR athletes ever, winning four World Championships across Spartan and Tough Mudder. Chris Myers is a professional trail runner living in Boulder, CO. He is also a visual effects artist in the entertainment industry, working on movies, TV, and streaming media. This year, Chris finished 3rd at the Black Canyon 100k, earning a Golden Ticket to Western States. He then won and set the course record at the Gorge Waterfalls 50k. Chris is among the new class of young pros changing the game in trail running and this is his first appearance on the podcast. Lotti Brinks is a professional trail runner for Salomon living in Boise, ID. Originally from Germany, Lotti came to the States to study design and now operates design consultancy with her husband, Aaron.
