S1 Ep 37Integration Episode for The Virtue of Rhythm Part two - The Channeling

In today's episode I'd like to share a channeling I received about Rhythm: When I wrote the prior episode I felt pretty satisfied. I thought that was it because I felt it was a channeling of its own with the inspiration that poured out about the different rhythms in our lives and then I got that channeling. When tuning into the message I was left with this juicy sense of inspiration that was just beyond my reach with an essence of motion and fluidity, it just made me want more and more. I never know what they are going to say and I was stunned. I have never thought of rhythm like that and just how intrinsic rhythm is to us. It is very interesting they speak about the rhythm of our heart and our pulse and how that sends out a vibration to connect with the world around us. The Heart Math Institute is a non profit organization that has been studying what is called "Heart coherence" for the past thirty years. They provide tools and meditations to help tune into this frequency that emanates from the heart. I've heard reports that this frequency can be found up to four feet away from a person. Pretty incredible. You can learn more about the Heart Math Institute at: Heart Math Institute

S1 Ep 36From Heartbeats to Music Beats: Exploring the Rhythms that Shape Our Existence - Integration for The Virtue of Rhythm Part One

This week I will share my musings. I got very poetic inspirations to call attention and speak to all the various kinds of rhythm in our lives each day. It is liken to the Danish word Hygge that describes a feeling of coziness and an environment and way of living; where as rhythm is also a felt and lived experience to understand the true meaning. As I am writing this, I am listening to some organic downtempo music and I find myself feeling into the rhythm as I type. I'm asking how Rhythm wants to be acknowledged For starters, the presupposition of rhythm is there is movement of some kind and something is created from that movement that elicits a pattern. Some patterns turn into cycles and when they repeat, they create a rhythm. We started the Harmonic Virtues with the virtue of Vibration to learn about energy. Then inevitably the energy changes. Rhythm is what happens when energy changes, transforms and trans-mutates once, then again, and again and again leading to the virtue and universal law of perpetual transmutation of energy. Rhythm is where energetically the rubber meets the road of transformation. The past three virtues of Karma, love and Ego give purpose and direction to transformation. When something transforms there is a state from what it was and what it changes to. The void between states is the virtue of Rhythm. All energy has action potential. Rhythm is that action of that potential. It is the essence and the energetic exchange that helps to usher the flow and cadence of cycles.

S1 Ep 32Finding Balance: Harnessing the Energy of Polarity for Selfcare

Polarity speak of two opposites and that there is great breadth and depth of options between the two. Some of the polarities of self-care are actions vs inaction and care vs neglect. Polarity asks us to be aware of the opposite and find our balance between. Imperfect action is a way to navigate our all or nothing thinking or to make small efforts towards our values, intentions and goals.

The Journal Prompts: How do masculine or feminine personality traits or energy show up in your life? What does balance look like in your life? What could you do to create more balance within yourself? What are some forms of polarity in your life? When was a time you felt conflicting or multiple feelings simultaneously? How do you handle intense emotions? What are your coping mechanisms? Are they healthy or self-destructive? Integration: Do something with enjoyable contrast: Drink some warm peppermint tea Eat a sweet and sour dish Take a hot shower and finish with cold water Take a walk outside and notice polarity around you in nature. Have an inspiration? What is one action you can do to make it a reality? This combines the daydreaming creativity of the feminine and blends the masculine to bring it into fruition.

The Equal Justice Initiative website https://eji.org/ Charity Navigator rating https://www.charitynavigator.org/ein/631135091 Our charity today is : The Equal Justice Initiative (also known as EJI) According to their website: "The Equal Justice Initiative is committed to ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment, to challenging racial and economic injustice, and to protecting basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society. EJI provides legal representation to people who have been illegally convicted, unfairly sentenced, or abused in state jails and prisons. They challenge the death penalty and excessive punishment and they provide re-entry assistance to formerly incarcerated people. EJI produces groundbreaking reports, an award-winning calendar, and short films that explore our nation's history of racial injustice. EJI developed and operates the Legacy Museum: From Enslavement to Mass Incarceration and the National Memorial for Peace and Justice as part of their national effort to create new spaces, markers, and memorials that address the legacy of slavery, lynching, and racial segregation, which shapes many issues today. Their work includes: Criminal Justice Reform, Racial Justice, Anti-Poverty Resources, and Public Education. The opposite of poverty is not wealth. The opposite of poverty is justice. The United States incarcerates its citizens more than any other country. Mass incarceration disproportionately impacts the poor and people of color and does not make us safer. EJI is working to end our misguided reliance on over-incarceration. We are haunted by our history of racial injustice in America because we don't talk about it. Ending mass incarceration and achieving equality, justice, and fairness for all Americans starts with learning and sharing the truth about our past. We must truthfully confront our history of racial injustice before we can repair its painful legacy."
