All kit allowed including suits. Event 3 Farmers Walk 10m+10m+10m Choice of Weights used. Two lengths must be completed in the 60s time limit to score if chosen the heavier weight. No straps or adhesive substances DW Farmers used Event 4 Yoke/Sandbag run Yoke to be carried 10m then Sandbag Carried same 10m before loading over your own yoke. Strength Shop Riot Yoke + Strength Register Sandbags All kit allowed including Grip Tops but any adhesives are banned Bag can be carried and loaded in any way Event 5 Sandbag to Shoulder Medley 60s Time Limit Strength Register Bags Sandbag must be fully on shoulder and dropped forward

This can be a friend, family member, therapist, or even a coach. Talking about your feelings can help you to understand them better and can also help to dissipate some of the power that they hold over you. 🤙Another way to deal with imposter syndrome is to focus on your positive accomplishments. Write them down and refer back to them when you’re feeling like an imposter. This can help you to remember that you are capable and that you have proved it in the past. 🎯 Finally, it’s important to have realistic expectations. No one is perfect and everyone has room for improvement. When you’re feeling like an imposter, try to remember that everyone experiences these feelings at times and that you’re not alone in this.
