Whether this is going to the gym at 6 in the morning before school or not going to college, I have always used the tactic of being ignorant to what my plans are. But often times I have to reveal something eventually because if they are not satisfied with "I don't know what I will do after high school" then they will ask again in the future. I learned today that all they want is an entertaining story. So give them an entertaining story and talk about the unimportant details while hiding the important pieces. As long as they are entertained they will be satisfied with your answers.

He also says that self control is a law of success and an essential trait for any man to have who is striving for success.

This includes youtube, social media, and games. A tool app would be the notes app or the calculator, which are purely tools.Delete all of your social media accounts altogether.Remove all apps from your home screen. Your home screen should be empty, so you must manually search for certain apps without distraction. This requires you to have a purpose whenever using your phone.Remove the suggested apps in the search bar when you swipe down to search.Turn off all notifications on your phone and keep your phone on do not disturb mode indefinitely.Make it so you have to click the power button to turn it on instead of it turning on automatically when you pick it up.Keep the phone in airplane mode and always power it off when not using it. Power off means going through the process of holding down the power button for a few seconds and sliding the shut-off button, do this every time.Keep the phone in the basement or somewhere far away from where you are most of the time.Break the habit of bringing your phone everywhere with you. You can do things on your own.Keep your phone out of your pocket if you need to bring it. Try and get someone else to hold it or put it in a bag.
