On the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings, which occurred on the 6th of June in 1944, we see that the event has been utilised to distort to an even greater extent, the actual relevance of the event for geo-political purposes. Carlton notes that there is little doubt, and it is totally factual, that the D-Day landings represented the largest and indeed greatest amphibious military landings of all time - which Carlton argues will probably never be repeated. 43% of all MPs have criminal convictions! (IPSA/2012) - So, do the UK electorate get the Parliament they deserve? (Part 2) Black Spy Podcast Season 15, Episode 0003 This week's Black Spy Podcast sees the return of the terrible two, in part 2 of the question: 'does the British electorate get the parliament it deserves?' Regardless of which party wins a general election. The incredible banner headline, highlighting the fact that out of the 650 MPs in Britain's Parliament in 2012, an unbelievable 243 (43%) had criminal convictions. This included members of parliament who actually served terms of imprisonment! (The above data was provided by Parliament's own inspection body - The IPSA (The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority) Interestingly, in 2021 MPs, had the gall to challenge London's Metropolitan Police Commissioner for having,150 police officer with convictions, within the force's over 30,000 strong police ranks. (This was less than 0.5% of all the force's police officers!) (Note: practically all of these convictions were gained prior to officers being recruited into the service) It is worth remembering that MPs have one of the most powerful roles in British society, in that they are responsible for making the laws that we all live by. Whereas, all the police officers do, is to enforce these laws. The Black Spy and his panel, also discussed the conviction, or lack thereof, of the various political party leaders, and indeed politicians in general. Suzanne Noble - The Life & Times of an American Woman in Britain Black Spy Podcast Season 15, Episode 0001 This week's Black Spy Podcast turns its attention to the interesting life and times of 63 year old American (now also British) female entrepreneur of many talents, Suzanne Nobel. In her terrific life story, Suzanne begins by detailing her family's journey from their home in New York to their arrival in the UK, where her father took up a lucrative executive banking post in the City of London. Interestingly, she notes that her first impressions of 1970's Britain were that it was somewhat old fashioned and backward. After all, this was the era when the United States appeared economically, culturally and above all, militarily unassailable. We later learn that Suzanne's go-getting temperament that didn't allow her to be side tracked was potentially fostered by her teenage schooling in various American military and civilian schools in the South East England. However, Carlton and Suzanne also consider that this winning attitude may well have been down to a more complex mix of the age old question of nurture versus nature. Critical Thinking - Black History Month Special - Who is Black & Why it matters? (Part 2) Black Spy Podcast - Season 12, Episode 0002 This week's episode of the black spy podcast is a critical thinking episode for Black History Month, in which Carlton asks – who is it Black and why does it matter? Carlton looks at the politics of blackness including who has decided who is and isn't classed as "Black" through the centuries. Moreover, in terms of a phenotype, what do Black people look like. Carlton asks if its credible that Black people are only seen as one absolutely particular type of ethnic group with no variation of skin colour in nose shape, lip shape etc; whereas White people (Caucasians) can be of any hair colour blonde, dark, ginger to curly hair, to straight hair. They can have thin or thick lips, narrow, wide or hook noses and all forms of face shape. Moreover, the Europeans who 'classified' the as so called races, even allowed people with very white and very dark skin colour to be classified as White, because they were from a people perceived a capable in the 17th and 18th centuries. These unscientific discrepancies between phenotype classifications can clearly no longer stand? Therefore in this episode, Carlton seeks to challenge this one sided view, which by the way isn't maintained when it suited the post 17th Century colonial elites, slaveholders, plantocracy and pseudo-scientists that proclaimed the inferiority of the so called Black (Negro) 'race', and the superiority of the obviously flawed White race classification. Hence, Carlton explains why this outdated concept can no longer stand and why Black historical figures and empires throughout the ages need to be reclaimed! Carlton explains how being Black has been defined in various countries particularly the United states and how, just one drop of black blood was perceived to be sufficient to make a person legally and officially Black. This one drop was defined in many US states a person with 1/64th of a Black ancestor, 1/32nd Black ancestry, 1/16th or a minimum of 1/8th Black ancestry made a person Black. Additionally, this episode also assesses what Carlton calls the 'Balance Theory'. Carlton's Balance Theory explains how Black, White and other peoples of Colour have had transmitted to them, by slave trade and colonial White rulers, that Black people are ignorant, lazy, childlike, feckless and uneducated, and that they have never invented or developed anything. They have also been told that Blacks are criminal and duplicitous. These anti-black views have been transmitted to all peoples for over 350 years, since the African Slave Trade, Colonialism up until at least the late 1970's. Carlton explores all these issues and many more. He assesses the effect on every day interactions with police, teachers or employers and others, who due to the extremely low expectation of Black people mentioned above, these important intermediaries, due to these attitudes see Black people as suspicious and of limited ability. Hence, what Carlton calls the 'muck of ages' affects relations today. Finally, Carlton notes that this negativity against Black people has also been transmitted to Black people themselves, so they too suffer from the same prejudices brought about by the muck of ages. Chicken feet - contain loads of gelatine and are less expensive than other gelatine-rich bones. Pigs trotters are also full of gelatine and collagen. Vegetables I throw any in to the mix but generally have a base of carrots (including their tops) celery (including the leaf)leek, garlic and greens. Herbs/Spices/condiments I throw around an inch of turmeric root in, black pepper, Himalayan salt (more negative ions than usual salt), star anise, cinnamon stick, bay leaves and apple cider vinegar Step 1: Blanch the Bones Divide the bones between two large pots and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes before draining and rinsing the bones with water. Do you have to blanch the bones? The answer is no.However, I recommend, especially if you're making brothfrom beef bones, that you do blanch them first. If you're using chicken bones or chicken feet blanching is less important, but beef bones really need this extra step,especially if you want a clear stock. What's the purpose of blanching? The purpose is to remove impurities, coagulated protein, and blood which ultimately results in a cleaner, better tasting broth. Step 2: Roast the Bones and Vegetables Now that your bones have been blanched, drained, and rinsed, it's time to preheat your oven to 180 C. Transfer the bones and vegetables to the roasting pans. . Roast for 30 minutes before gently tossing the bones and vegetables, and roasting for an additional 15-30 minutes more. Step 3: Transfer the Bones Back to the Stockpots & Bring to a Boil Wash the stockpots that were used to blanch the bones(this is super important) and divide the roasted bones

Lucy Letby & the NHS management, Press & Government, mass murder cover-up The Black Spy Podcast Season 11, Episode 0002 This week's episode is about the shocking revelations concerning the Lucy Letby case and the lack of action taken by doctors not going to the police, NHS managers seemingly preventing anything negative about Letby murdering babies coming to the attention of police. More importantly, unlike with the Police and Fire Brigade, for frankly in comparison, minimal shortcomings; neither the press nor government demand any real accountability from the NHS's most senior management or even hospital trust management for literally 100's of MURDERS committed by NHS staff DURING the exercise of their duties! Why is this and what is the frequency of murders by on duty NHS staff and why do the British media treat these public bodies so differently? This single murder by a police officer totally and utterly gains practically all of the press coverage. Letby's 7 murders and 10 attempted murders of babies, have resulted in no demonstrations why? • Nurse Colin Campbell Norris murdered 10 of his patients and attempted to murder at least one other. • Nurse Benjamin Geen murdered at least 2 patients in an Oxfordshire hospital where many other victims did not die, but sustained grave life threatening symptoms at his hands. • Nurse Victorino Chua of Stockport Stepping Hill hospital murdered 2 of his patients and 21 others potential murder victims suffered life threatening hypoglycemia attacks at his hands. • Dr Harold Shipman, from his Manchester surgery, murdered at least 250 of his patients. Yet it is though that over a decade he might well have murdered up to 500 patients. • Surgeon Simon Bramhall regularly signed his initials on patients livers as he operated on them. • Surgeon Ian Patterson was found guilty of operating on countless patients, mainly women, for seemingly no reason. He disfigured his patients by removing their breast etc., which was allegedly done for financial gain according to the relatively little press there was in comparison to the David Carrick police case. Presently the press and even government tell us that police and now Fire Fighters can not be trusted, however, no such suggestion regarding trust has ever been suggested against doctors and nurses despite the horrendous number of murders carried out by serial murdering medics. Indeed, medics are probably the profession who have highest number of serial killers in the UK! At no stage have NHS chiefs appeared on TV, radio or written in periodicals apologising for the the obvious 'cover -up culture' of NHS Management even when it relates to staff murdering babies!
