Dad Jeff tells, from his perspective, about his wife's 2nd pregnancy and the birth story of their son, Jeff Jr., who was diagnosed with bilateral renal agenesis, the absence of both kidneys at birth, at the 20-week ultrasound. The doctors told Bre and Jeff that Little Jeff would not live if she delivered him early or later. They decided to carry him as long as possible, and after he was born, Jeff Jr. lived for 6 hours and was able to spend time with his mom Bre, dad Jeff, and sister Murphy.
