In this Friday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers recent pre-draft visitors that came in on Thursday. We also discuss the list of pre-draft visitors to date.The new contract details related to four Steelers players are now in so Alex and I discuss those numbers. We also have a conversation about the security of tight end Zach Gentry related to his new deal and if it opens up the chances for the Steelers to draft another tight end this year. We go over a few tight ends in this year’s draft class that would fit with the Steelers that could be had in day-two and beyond.Alex and I then move on to discuss the Steelers current salary cap situation now that all outstanding deals are known.In the second half of this podcast, Alex and I conduct another pre-draft roundtable discussion. In this Wednesday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers recent addition of Glenn Thomas as the team's new offensive assistant. We also talk a little about his past link to quarterback Kenny Pickett.The Steelers also have finally formerly announced Gerald Alexander as the team's assistant defensive backs coach after he was apparently on the staff last season. We address that development and how we missed him in 2022.The Steelers 2023 pre-draft visitor list continues to grow so Alex and I recap who all has visited with the team, or is planning to visit. We look at the overall list to date in totality once again as well.Some numbers related to the contract signed by new Steelers safety Keanu Neal have been reported so Alex and I quickly go over those. We also discuss the formal announcement from Tuesday of four recent players who have inked deals this offseason.The Steelers are almost surely going to restructure the contract of outside linebacker T.J. Watt at some point this offseason so Alex and I discuss what that might look like.
