Here's my review on Star Wars Galaxy's Edge! Definitely fun and immersive, but it could have been so much more. We need more Prequels and Originals in there, not just the Sequel Trilogy with Kylo and Rey. There's so much more to Star Wars than just that. Vader, Anakin, Padme, Leia, Luke, Boba, Jabba, Han, Chewie, C-3PO, etc etc. We should have gotten different worlds akin to the other films, like Mustafar, Tatooine, Coruscant, Naboo, Endor, The Deathstar, Hoth, and more. I got sucked in! Was lucky enough to grab some limited edition (or so they say) lightsabers from Star Wars Galaxy's Edge upon my visit this last weekend. Here's my review of the very unique Ben Solo Jedi lightsaber. I believe this was the one we saw in The Last Jedi where Ben fought Luke Skywalker just before the Temple fell. While browsing the Star Wars Archives by Paul Duncan 1999-2005, I came across this storyboard that was made for the ending battle on Naboo between Maul and Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon Jinn. This ending death for Qui-Gon Jinn would have been amazingly action packed. I love finding things like this that almost could have been! Samuel L. Jackson has recently, again, expressed interest in returning as Mace Windu in The Mandalorian. I would love to see Mace, I just wouldn't understand how he'd stay silent for so long while Vader and the Emperor thrive. I recently came across a deleted scene from Star Wars Revenge of the Sith between Yoda and Palpatine which had a ton more fight scenes and choreography/lightsaber duels than we saw in the final cut from George Lucas and Lucasfilm. Let's watch it together and react to it. What do you think of this version? Was it better? Or do you like the original? Revenge of the Sith is my favorite Star Wars film after Return of the Jedi. I think Anakin Skywalker's arc shifting into his life as Darth Vader is compelling and a long time coming. In the book Star Wars Archives Prequels 1999-2005, there's some concept art from a deleted scene with Mace Windu and Obi-Wan Kenobi. The dialogue in this scene, I believe could have changed a lot of things in Star Wars in regards to alerting the Jedi of Anakin and Padme's relationship (as if it wasn't clear enough). This would leave no room to ignore the fact that they didn't know what Skywalker's future might look like given his emotional range that was quite evident. The season finale for Once Upon a Theory is here! Let's go back to Return of the Jedi where Luke Skywalker saves Anakin Skywalker who defeated Palpatine and Vader to save his son. The circle is now complete and the prophecy has come true. As Anakin begins to fade into the force, he is greeted by his fellow Jedi Masters as they teach him how to transfer his spirit into the force, when Obi-Wan, Yoda, Qui-Gon Jinn show up, he is so happy...until...Master Windu appears...and with him...the Younglings!! Fans believe Anakin Skywalker's turn to the dark side was just far too sudden. They think that one moment he's a great guy, then BOOM he's executing Order 66 as Vader with the 501st at the end of the Clone Wars. It's an interesting theory, what do you think about it? Since The Rise of Skywalker, many fans have speculated that Palpatine was added as a cheap trick to please us, but I think with JJ Abrams' Mystery Box from 2015's The Force Awakens, we finally have proof that it wasn't as some might have thought. In Star Wars Episode 9 The Rise of Skywalker, we get a scene in the novel that has Palpatine explaining just what he tried to do to Luke in Return of the Jedi. It's a pivotal scene that could have really changed the future of the Galaxy as a whole. Vader stepped in and saved his son before the final scene with the lightning, which to me is pretty interesting. Anakin had returned in that moment far before we originally thought. I like it.
