27. How to Reframe Loss as Gain
To grieve is actually an honour because it means that you must have had something that you loved, that mattered to you greatly and deeply. However, when we don't process that grief, when we let it fester, or when we let it become a festering, the honouring of the love becomes a lower vibration, and that lower vibration is a drain on your resources, on your energy.Here are five steps, made up of journal prompts and thought starters, aimed at guiding you through the journey of grieving. Each prompt serves as a space for contemplation and reflection. By the fifth prompt, you'll hopefully feel like you can build a framework to understand the loss you've experienced.
