Scottish Disability Golf And Curling are looking for more visually impaired people to try the game of golf or curling, even if they've never taken part in the pursuits before. You can play for fun, to increase your social circle or even play in national and international competitions. RNIB knows that sport can have a positive impact on people's lives, but new research shows that blind and partially sighted people are twice as likely to be inactive than people without sight loss. Running may seem to some like something that is for the fittest of the fit, people who have always been runners but Ellie's been talking to partially sighted runner Sundip who started running in his late 20's and now 10 years later has completed ultra marathons.
