Show Notes
Paralympic champion Melanie Barratt is hoping to become the first blind woman to cross the English Channel solo. She won't be taking to the high seas until 2024 but there is a lot of training, and a few lakes and locks to conquer along the way. Ellie caught up with Melanie to find out about the training, the inspiration and her new initiative which could help you get into cold water swimming.
