MIchael McKee allegedly threatened to kill his ex-wife "numerous times" during and after their marriage. That was just one of the shocking revelations in a new court filing. McKee -- a vascular surgeon -- is charged in the shooting deaths of Spencer and Monique Tepe at their Columbus, Ohio home December 30th. Their two young children were at home at the time of the murders. This weekend, D4vd friend and streamer, 24-year-old Neo Langston was arrested and charged with failure to appear as a witness before a grand jury. Langston has been linked publicly with D4vd and media outlets are reporting he has been called to testify in front of the grand jury investigating the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, is apologizing “To Those I’ve Hurt," specifically Jewish people, the Black community, and to the people he loves most for his behavior over the past 20 plus years. Ye says he’s not asking for sympathy, or a free pass, instead he says he wants to earn our forgiveness and blames his erratic and at times offensive behavior on a previously undiagnosed frontal lobe injury from a car accident in 2002. Millions of you are waking up this morning with snow, ice and sub freezing temperatures and hundreds of thousands are without power.  At least a dozen people have died so far from the weekend storm, and that number is expected to rise as dangerous cold takes its grip on much of the country for the next week.  More than 23 states have issued states of emergency and 17 states have recorded snowfalls of more than a foot.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Earlier today, federal agents shot and killed a man in the streets of Minneapolis,  and once again there is video of the shooting all over the internet.  The Department of Homeland Security is maintaining the unidentified 37 year old white, male Minneapolis resident approached ICE agents with a 9mm gun, but the videos appear to show a different version of events.  Residents have taken to the streets to protest the latest shooting, despite the sub freezing conditions.  Amy and T.J. have the latest details on this developing story.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

The defense attorney for accused double murderer Brendan Banfield scored major points today, calling two forensic digital experts with the Fairfax Police Department up to the stand who refuted the state’s catfishing theory. You've probably seen the promos on Netflix:  superstar climber Alex Honnold will attempt to climb one of the tallest buildings in the world TONIGHT.  Live.  No ropes.  Netflix will air it on a 10-second delay, but that doesn't fully cover all of safety and ethical concerns for what Honnold is doing.  Honnold -- considered one of the best climbers in the world -- shot to fame with the Oscar-winning documentary "Free Solo," which documented his no-ropes climb up Yosemite's Dawn Wall.  He's the only person to ever free solo the Dawn Wall, considered the holy grail of climbing. After 7 hours of deliberating, a Texas jury finds former Uvalde police officer Adrian Gonzales not guilty of 29 counts of child endangerment.  It was an emotional 2 weeks of testimony,  many victims’ families traveling hundreds of miles, looking for justice after officers waited 77 minutes to confront the gunman who killed 19 students and 2 teachers at Robb Elementary School nearly 4 years ago.   Officer Gonzales arrived before the gunman entered the school and waited for backup as hundreds of shots rang out inside the school.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

At the age of 45, seven time grand slam winner Venus Williams broke the Australian Open record as the oldest-ever women’s player in the tournament’s history. President Trump has just written (perhaps) his longest Truth Social post to date, detailing 8 countries he plans to impose tariffs on, if they don’t support the United States purchasing Greenland.  Among them, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway. This week, the parents of 27-year-old Elle Greenberg are hopeful, after fighting for nearly 15 years to have their daughter’s death ruled a homicide.
