<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On this week's show, we're talking to prefabricated housing expert Garrett Moore. He is the founder and CEO of Agorus, Inc, a technology-driven prefab home builder based in Southern California. Agorus flips traditional home building on its head by doing what would normally take 4-5 months to build on a stick-built home on site to 3-5 days using their advanced technology. By leveraging modern software and automated construction technology, Agorus has streamlined and accelerated the home building process. Jay has a very interesting story because his real estate investment career started off as more of a hobby which he dabbled in in his spare time while running his software consulting company.</p> <p>The exciting part about Jay's journey is that not only did he start investing full-time just a short 10 years ago, but he started just before the biggest real estate crash in history was about to happen. Patrick is a real estate investor and developer operating 18 student-housing properties at university campuses nationally. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He and his team at Nelson Partners believe that well-positioned housing for students near campus can leverage the economic stability of a major university and cater to demand with less volatility than the macro-economy. <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Todd Nepola is the president and founder of Current Capital Group, a real estate investment and development firm based in Miami FL. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Todd follows three generations of real estate investors and developers of commercial real estate. His paternal great-grandfather came to Manhattan from Italy in 1899. He was a superintendent for over 40 years responsible for building the Holland tunnel and several of Manhattan's subway lines.
