S7 Ep 290Episode 290: Changing Teen Patterns
Introduction to season 7 of the podcast - why did I pick to focus on teens for this series? Why is the world harder to grow up in right now? That's going to be the focus of this series.Bad patterns don't just continue - they are about the choices people feel they can make. What they deserve. The simplest way for teens to change is to ask for help - but they learn at home if this is too shameful or not. Book mentioned:Free lunch Rex Oglehttps://www.goodreads.com/book/show/43726584

S6 Ep 287Episode 287: Cicely Tyson Biography - finding yourself
This is a podcast in lessons on looking to biographies to find yourself. I prescribe biographies for everyone I work with regardless of age. This is also a lot of what I don’t talk about living in the gap because when I do I feel projected at ... so I thought it would be good for me to walk the talk for you all. These are the sorts of simple podcasts which feel like jumping off a cliff for me. Finding yourself in others and not wanting to compare to those so great. It's a very difficult podcast to record - to record your truth - what drives you. What values do you really care about? How you hope that by your choices you enable others to be better versions of themselves. The series of books for younger readers I couldn't remember the name of! https://littlepeoplebigdreams.com
S6 Ep 286Episode 286: The Gap in growth
Or what I call the Projection Zone. When people no longer hear what you are saying - they are so focused on the gap from where you are working from that they can't reach you - just project. Quote I use:"Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves."Carl Jung
S6 Ep 285Episode 285: Splinching your soul - working from an open-hearted space

S6 Ep 284Episode 284: Isolation - sharing
“Loneliness does not come from having no people around, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself, or from holding certain views which others find inadmissible. “ JungWhat is that 4th blue doughnut stage? (my image last podcast) Why is it lonely? Why do you need this benchmark? What else do you need? S6 Ep 281Episode 281: My relationship with time
The dates were all a year out in my last podcast - why? hat relationship do I have to time? What are cycles and development so much more important for me? I forgot to add that in fact, I feel these are the roots of ageing concerns - people who focus on cycles and development don't worry about ageing. They live for growth to the day they die - they don't stop changing/growing/evolving and wait to die as many do.
S6 Ep 280Episode 280: Current blocks to growth in humanity
This is an introduction to series 6 of the podcast. It is about working with all the levels of development. What do I mean by levels? I have shared two systems below to view them differently. Why are people stuck on different levels of growth? This is what this series is about. Why are we following people who are sharing such conspiracy content to the world? As usual, this is a journey for me to embark on too - I'm sure the path will unfold. it always does. I’ve gone for easy articles for you to dip into the topics ... not the ones with the most depth but I always try to share articles that are accessible in reading level. S5 Ep 279Episode 279: Week Off
Walking the talk - I need a week to recharge my own batteries and give myself think time for a big podcast which is brewing in me! We may be wrapping up this series too and switching gears again - same themes, the same purpose but I feel a shift on the horizon... Thank you
S5 Ep 278Episode 278: Being Translator
There are always themes to my work and the current one is being translator - sometimes I work very closely with the 'students' but other times I work with their environments. I translate what unconditional love is which was the purpose of my first book Journey to Unconditional love hosted on my Patreo. I have watched the change in people's relationships - people they never thought they'd be able to get on with and be close too. Even being traped with them for the pandemic. https://www.patreon.com/user?u=48642261&fan_landing=trueBut a bigger question is what is the purpose of love in your life? Book I talk about: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/50622390-just-as-i-am*Slight insurance in my telling of the story I remembered when editing - she managed to hide the whole pregnancy and birth but still wasn't allowed in school for last month because she had a child. S5 Ep 277Episode 277: Affects of forcing socialisation.
What has COVID and lockdown brought to the surface? What is social? Can you force it? What happens when you do? Why have we made something that so many have fought for so complex? I wrote this quote a long time ago now - "Everyone has 3 fundemental needs;to be likedto have a purpose& to know where they belong."Naoisé, April 2010.

S5 Ep 274Episode 274: The dark side of people
The uses of looking at the whole and what it brings up for you. We can't simply avoid words or quotes or work left by those with darkness - we need to see what we can learn from their journey and why they behave the way they do. I use a number of Carl Jung quotes listed below. ”One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light but by making the darkness conscious.”Jung“Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people.”Jung“Your perception will become clear only when you can look into your soul.”Jung“Everything about other people that doesn’t satisfy us helps us to better understand ourselves.”Jung
S5 Ep 273Episode 273: Maternity ward to my door
Much of my work begins in the first experience of life on earth. The first moments of a team being formed or not. We have got this seriously wrong for the future of the world during these pandemic days. This whole series of podcasts has been inspired by the Alice walker book, We are the ones we have been waiting for. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/40968.We_Are_the_Ones_We_Have_Been_Waiting_forAn extract - I hope she won't mind me sharing this link but maybe it will encourage you to get the whole book and read it! S5 Ep 272Episode 272: What my writing does - making myself obsolete
What it feels like to write at the time of living but when humanity is not yet read for your words. The comments from some of the first readers of Conversations from the Core. The book on how to stop living in the labyrinth. https://www.patreon.com/posts/55196300What if I made you deliberately go in a loop in your head? S5 Ep 271Episode 271: Why I am at the doom stage with humanity
I need others to look for the brilliance in people - the ones who are possible of the leaderships, the solutions, the innovations, the different way of seeing.
S5 Ep 270Episode 270: Cancel culture - the emotional intelligence conflict
Articles spoken about:https://www.newsweek.com/music-sia-movie-autism-controversy-maddie-ziegler-1569289https://www.chimamanda.com/news_items/it-is-obscene-a-true-reflection-in-three-parts/
S5 Ep 269Episode 269: The Development Journey
It's taken me a decade to understand why I didn't want to replicate the Montessori method and way of leaving a legacy of wor behind. There are limitations when we are so set to leaving behind structures/methods rather than principles
S5 Ep 268Episode 268: Self
Developed in the backdrop of the Pandemic.Individual - wholeness - core - emptiness - consciousness all go together. We confess development of an individual with self -Ego - self - control - greed - self-serving all go together We need individuals to develop to speak for the whole and the collective to express itself.Books mentioned:https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/23234789-playing-to-the-gallery?ac=1&from_search=true&qid=VmujrCP6OV&rank=2https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/208467.The_Infinite_Mirror?ac=1&from_search=true&qid=Y9h3KA55qD&rank=1Links to Speach and Alice Walker book, We Are The Ones We Have Been Waiting Forhttps://www.un.org/webcast/ffd/2002/statements/cubaE.htmhttps://books.google.ie/books?id=d1Ba4YqVUQYC&pg=PT43&lpg=PT43&dq=castro+speech+international+conference+on+financing+and+development+in+Mexico+in+2002&source=bl&ots=PEmFDqOcqL&sig=ACfU3U17H-NJnBVO_b9eyLImSAJq7QiF-w&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjRyNuTvpTyAhVVi1wKHSb9C-MQ6AEwCXoECA4QAw#v=onepage&q=castro%20speech%20international%20conference%20on%20financing%20and%20development%20in%20Mexico%20in%202002&f=false
S5 Ep 267Episode 267: OCD, eating disorders, role-play games and the pandemic
I'm more worried now than I have ever been about people's mental health. The transition back to the world is proving just how much we were in escapism and not secureness. We need to seriously take stock for small children of the safe virtual worlds they are happier in than real life and the controlling dangerous behaviours they are developing.
S5 Ep 266Episode 266: Unconditional and Self-Worth
We muddle worthiness, success, unconditional, needs, conditions, and expectations all the time in society What is your measure of yourself dependent on? Are you whole worthy secure in your core? Why do you take actions? - be honest Are your expectations for you or for others best? It’s funny this is number ’66’ - as it’s said to be the number of unconditional love I would argue that if you truly support people from an unconditional place they can’t even trace back what is helping them .... It’s as hidden and subtle as walking through a spiders web.... Happiness article: https://www.theatlantic.com/family/archive/2021/07/happiest-country-definition/619441/
S5 Ep 265Episode 265: With Consciousness comes our sense of Weaknesses
What creates the horrors in our world? Why do we have such a divided society at present?Books I mention:https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/135483.My_Life_with_the_Chimpanzeeshttps://www.goodreads.com/book/show/135484.Reason_for_Hope?ac=1&from_search=true&qid=PmTxJl1wNt&rank=1I said Staford instead of Standford University! It's early on a Sunday morning ... sorry
S5 Ep 264Episode 264: My black soul journey
This is a podcast on what I have learnt since John Lewis died a year ago this week. I don't want to call it the John Lewis podcast. I sit here and debate if to make the B a capital or not? I think I won't because it's my soul. I have written more of what this means for me on my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/posts/47490785
S5 Ep 263Episode 263: Self-care return to the world

S5 Ep 262Episode 262: How we view mental illness
It's not a parrot on our shoulder who we bung a few treats to. We need to integrate the mind, body and soul. We need to make a plan for younger ages to do this for those struggling. Books mentioned:Jane Goodall - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/135484.Reason_for_Hope?from_search=true&from_srp=true&qid=CwFtuflkvE&rank=1Roddy Doyle - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/15841827-two-pints?from_search=true&from_srp=true&qid=4k7f1pRctd&rank=1

S5 Ep 260Episode 260: Fairy Tales (death of)
I revel in being gay - the atomic explosion of the fairy tale!

S5 Ep 259Episode 259: Being called Mum and Dad
The power trip - the underlying two tier society. This is all goes back to 'love is love'Quote used Kahlil Gibran from the Prophet;“Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself… You may give them your love but not your thoughts, for they have their own thoughts. You may house their bodies but not their souls, for their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow…”Please consider supporting my Patreon so I can support others: https://www.patreon.com/user?u=48642261&fan_landing=true

S5 Ep 258Episode 258: The role of the writer
Why I think writing creates change.Quotes used; "Sharing our stories is a revolutionary act, and the first step towards building a world where we care for and protect one another. But the stories of Black survivors are often silenced or dismissed." Gloria Steinem, Twitter“The root of oppression is the loss of memory.”Gloria Steinem, My Life on the RoadOld Vic Theatre Refugee Week;https://youtu.be/fTr_OSRJ1u4Octavia E. S5 Ep 257Episode 257: When we compare norms
All the norms we have that we don't think about - My journey outside of Dublin and time to reflect on the last few years in Ireland in particular. S5 Ep 256Episode 256: Coming Out - Pride
EMy own journey in coming out - what I have learnt from working in conservative environments and being the only girl on the course .. my 1st women's club night ... Why I need to be a Feminist for others ... Why I find a lot of the posts BS... How I have really struggled to have intimate friendships. How I now have then and what matters.

S5 Ep 255Episode 255: You're not ahead you are flowering to nurture
I didn't say the quote quite perfectly (sorry, please forgive me!)Alice Walker — "The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don't have any."Harry Potter quote from Dumbeldore to Harry on how Voldemort takes too much stock in the Prophecy - not Harry's mother's love"Have you any idea how much tyrants fear the people they oppress? All of them realize that, one day, amongst their many victims, there is sure to be one who rises against them and strikes back!"

S5 Ep 254Episode 254: Adoption and Racism
Success is not saving someone from their roots Book Lion: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/34517032-lion

S5 Ep 253Episode 253: Combined Souls healing generational patterns
A podcast that ranges from my experiences on a German exchange trip the year after the Berlin Wall fell to my research on Druids. I want you to look out for the souls who have come together from opposing backgrounds that have caused such trauma but have not compromised their identity. Why pain matters - why you have to feel it - it's not about comparison to what you know - it's about what you feel. When you feel, you heal. There must be no compromise in identity. S5 Ep 252Episode 252: Pseudo-relationships created in marriage separation (naracisim patterns)
(This is an especially relevant dynamic for daughters) This podcast is aimed at teens as I explain in the intro and I also decided to use 'parent' as the gender-neutral term when I started talking it out! I decided that masculine and feminine energy is an overall complex adult viewpoint...There are enough complexities without this in the mix at 16 - thought if we get these dynamics right ironically they grow to create the balance I decide as being so important! Even if it is aimed at teens it's a very important podcast for parents to listen to especially if the relationship has ended due to a traumatic abusive event. I try to weave through the complexity of these relationships but show that it's very simple to actually create lasting change with a few simple insights. The quote I use is: "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” Leonardo da Vinci.

S5 Ep 251Episode 251: Fly on the wall episode
This amazing woman had the unique experience of being the 'adult' observer while I worked with a teen who was supported by my Patreon. This is a rare glimpse into what I do from someone who started out as a client as well. It's also an insight into the flexibility which Patreon has allowed me. Please consider supporting so more people can have this experience: https://www.patreon.com/user?u=48642261&fan_landing=true

S5 Ep 250Episode 250: Boxes
An introduction to a rare interview episode I'm going to record next .... 'the fly on the wall' episode which may finally answer the question - what do I do... ? Our limitations in thinking are the reasons for the injustices in humanity - when we understand our need for boxes - we will understand how to create change. A secure individual is not in a box! PS I get 3s and 5s confused (and 'f's, 'r's and 'c's for some strange reason) - so this should be speaking about the 25th of May and for some reason the universe has determined it will go out early not after as I intended...

S5 Ep 249Episode 249: Is spiritualism unintentionally racist?
Patreon - intro to this book: If I wrote a book in advance to feel content, secure and happy going into Lockdown last year .. this was the book. It's the book I have shared over the year with many of my soul tribe ... it's an unusual book in that it talks more bout the conflict I have always felt between science and spiritualism - which I covered in my podcast only last week in the Religion Episode. I hope as we emerge back into the world or in some cases go through yet another spin of the Labyrinth you will find it helpful... S5 Ep 248Episode 248: Religion
Energy, belief, my own religious journey...Poem Meaning by Czeslaw Milosz. When I die, I will see the lining of the world. The other side, beyond bird, mountain, sunset. The true meaning, ready to be decoded. What never added up will add Up,What was incomprehensible will be comprehended.– And if there is no lining to the world? If a thrush on a branch is not a sign,But just a thrush on the branch? If night and dayMake no sense following each other? And on this earth there is nothing except this earth?– Even if that is so, there will remainA word wakened by lips that perish,A tireless messenger who runs and runsThrough interstellar fields, through the revolving galaxies,And calls out, protests, screams.Visiting the Chester Beatty Library: https://chesterbeatty.ie/exhibitions/sacred-traditions/Principles of Theosophical Society (inspired by Koot Hoomi/Kuthumi)1:To form a nucleus of the universal brotherhood of humanity without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste, or colour.2:To encourage the study of comparative religion, philosophy, and science.3:To investigate the unexplained laws of nature and the powers latent in man.The quote I close on is from Confucius (I'm not going to write it out - I want to surprise you!) S5 Ep 247Episode 247: Split Personalities - Conquering abuse from childhood - The ultimate Unicorns possible (ISFJ/INFJ)
Retrospectively I see how these two podcasts (religion episode) go together - even though I arrived at them from such different thinking! This is when a personality not only survives abuse but makes the experience a strength... What are split personalities - What creates them? Why are they negative for families (and humanity) - what is possible? How can integrating your life experiences make you a unique highly functioning being for the betterment of humanity?

S5 Ep 246Episode 246: Unconditional Love - Mother's Day
Comparing Harry Potter and Nevile Longbottom. Why acceptance is the most important part of unconditional. We shouldn't need to lose our own self worth for unconditional love. * why Mother's Day is different in Ireland - it's Mid-Lent - from google "Historians believe it evolved from the 16th-century Christian practice of visiting mothers in the season of Lent. The date changes every year because it is linked to Easter, and Easter varies depending on the lunar calendar."

S5 Ep 245Episode 245: How we build egos - why it matters for Humanity
A follow on from the podcast before - understanding the impacts and differences of internal noise versus external noise. Also an extension to the thinking in the Maslow/development podcast How we create egos by desensitising ourselves - how we need to lose our view that sensitivity is bad - that we need to use the tools to create secureness, not numbness. We need to understand how energy is carried through generations.

S5 Ep 244Episode 244: ASD Genes versus Dyslexia Genes - demonstration of our fundamental judgement of difference
These next two episodes are a double bill even if they don't seem so initially! How I fundamentally don't like our obsession with labelling people with ASD (Asperger's syndrome/Autism)It's as if we build education to create industries to fix the damage. A general simple background to Alan Turing - https://www.britannica.com/biography/Alan-Turing

S5 Ep 243Episode 243: Worst year in history? 2020
A rambling podcats on the worrying trends in humanity. Do we pay for our sins every 400 to 500 years? One slight important note I want to make - I have presented the number for the deaths of the Indigenous Peoples from Small Pox brought by European settlers. I have deliberately not commented on this as I'm researching it at the moment along with Druids (oddly) and I feel too uneducated at present. So this is why I present it in such a mere numbers way!
