Why we need to have compassion for those who behave badly. There is a tiny glip in the recording because someone texted me and the recording stopped briefly! But the rest was so much in flow I've just left it! What is missing in the audio;*Split Personalities or Borderline Personalities or what I call Duality (a positive outlook) - means that we don't have a strong sense of self - of who we are. We are afraid to stay as that person so we borrow roles and identities from those around us and try to become those people. In every way - become a character of a person. You can see the pedestal placement and displacement as a child would lead you to think - what do I need to be for you to reward me?

Why I dislike labels - the legacy left behind after the reports and the assumptions. The judgements that are thrown out by people who don't have your processing challenges. Who have no idea how your brain works or how to actually support you.We only ever focus on what we can't do. But increasingly the personality content online is inaccurate and doesn't represent Myers-Briggs's work. But the limitations we often apply and our conditioning.

How we become something new because of the assumptions and expectations of education.
