As we creep closer to our milestone episode, Olly checks in with Becky Maybury on the return of Richmond Olympic parkrun in Canada. Meanwhile Mel catches up with Renee Gimbert from parkrun Australia HQ to find out all the complexities involved with bringing parkrun back in Asia Pacific. This week Mel chats with Mick Duyvestyn, half of the crew behind the Bubble Bird relay that’s helping a certain yellow friend fly the coup in lockdown thanks to a creative flock of Melbournians. We also hear from Runner 5 (aka Karyn) following an exciting parkrun launch against all odds in Abel Township, and also from the scanned in and locked down alike at Dazza’s.

This week we bask in the amazing highlights that parkrun brings us, even when our hosts are both in lockdown! Mel catches up with Caitlin Adams of Team Tempo after her new parkrun global women’s record at Lochiel parkrun. Olly chats with author David Crook about his inspiration and experience behind the new book “On every Saturday”, which celebrates 10 years of parkrun in Australia. Also, Alison reports in from Sherwood Reserve parkrun as she completes the final puzzle piece of her NZ Countryman puzzle and we have all the latest stats from The Informant and plenty of excitement at Dazza’s, as we hear from Team Lockdown and Team actual parkrun, and all the fun around it!

This week the adventurers share their notparkrun adventures of Olympic themes and Zombie runs. Proving you CAN make lockdown fun! Meanwhile Marvellous Mark reports in from the far west at Marina parkrun and Alison becomes a South Island regionnaire at Dunedin parkrun. And we wonder, just how well calibrated is our parkrun crystal ball?

The parkrun adventurers reflect on a big weekend celebrating Ugly Christmas in July and the return of parkrun in England, with Mel catching up with Dan Buckley from Leazes parkrun to hear more from the big return day. We have roving reports from Alison at Taupo parkrun, Dave at Graham Andrews parkrun, Mark at Mt Clarence parkrun and Tracey embraces her new challenge at Kedron parkrun. Plus all the latest stats from The Informant and even more festive fun from Dazza’s. With so much parkrun, it’s almost easy to forget our hosts are still in lockdown!

This week Olly catches up with USA ED Sarah Hudson for news on the unpause of Byxbee parkrun. While Mel is learning more about baked goods at Dazza's. We've got roving reports from Tracey at New Farm, Mark & Cam at Cottesloe plus Hannah files a guest report from Bass Point notparkrun. And there's lots of laughter surrounding a new challenge. But whose challenge could it be?

This week the parkrun adventurers are almost all working on the weekend, as Olly stays put and Mel recaps a visit to Dorset Recreation Reserve and some juniors taking the stage at Eynesbury Heritage Trail Junior parkrun. Marvellous Mark checks in from South Australia at Port Lincoln plus a bonus freedom run report from Yeldulknie Weir parkrun, while Tracey in a Tutu steps in with her suggestions for a sensational sausage roll soundtrack. Plus all the chat from Dazza’s, the Informant and updates on all the latest July parkrun returns and celebrations!

This week Olly and family were busy notparkrunning any which way, while Mel returned to Pakenham parkrun for a dog assisted family run. Tracey gave us the SPF & TCC stats and aside from Alison at Trentham Memorial parkrun NZ, everyone else was partying in SA! Meanwhile the new Informant is having a few teething problems...

There's a shift in the ledger this week with Victorian parkruns returning while NSW deals with covid restrictions. Plus, we hear from most of the channel 5 news crew and there is a strange similarity in their reports. And Mel has two new suggestions for challenges in Western Victoria.
