LHP Matthew Liberatore of the St. Louis Cardinals added some velo, which helped his four-seam fastball not get crushed, while RHP Bryce Miller of the Seattle Mariners has the premium velo and two sliders that could hold up to relief (before sliding into a starting role after some injuries strike, like Spencer Strider did last year).
