Ahead of Women in Sports Weekend, Alexis Downie was joined by Hockey Hall of Famer, Olympian and co-founder of Sports Innovation Lab, Angela Ruggiero. The two chat about the upcoming weekend, Ruggiero's time growing up in California playing hockey and her journey with the sport. Ruggiero also shares the roots of her entrepreneurial spirit and how she's worked to grow women's sports.

Duhatschek details moments throughout his accomplished career including covering the Miracle on Ice, memories of traveling with the Calgary Flames, his 15 years on the Hockey Hall of Fame selection committee and much more.

PGA tour golfer and Orange County native, Jake Knapp, joined Alexis Downie in the Paul Kariya studio for a special edition of Light the Lamp! Knapp shares the story behind his partnership with the Anaheim Ducks, repping the team at tour events and how his fandom for his hometown team began.

The Anaheim Ducks are nearing the end of their long east coast road trip. Ducks TV color analyst Brian Hayward joins Alexis Downie to chat about the trip. Hayward discusses what he's seen out of Lukáš Dostál early in the season, the growth of some of the younger players and how newcomers Brian Dumoulin and Robby Fabbri have assimilated to the team.

Alexis Downie flies solo this week to discuss the busy beginning for the Anaheim Ducks 2024-25 season. In this episode, Trevor Zegras (2:15), Olen Zellweger (11:56) and Robby Fabbri (19:25) joined Downie to dive into their offseason's and details of their training. Zegras shared the inspiration behind his new hair cut, Zellweger talked spending time at the lake and Fabbri shared details behind the trade to Anaheim.

Earlier this week, the club announced new media partnerships with Victory+ and KCOP Channel 13 to televise all regional games, entirely free to all fans in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. French and Teats discuss the impact of the change, the Ducks commitment to the current fanbase and opportunity to expand visibility in the local region, and what to look forward to on Victory+ in the near future.

THG and AD discuss a rather quiet offseason in the NHL, the new content on his YouTube channel and his recent visit to Disneyland. THG then shares his thoughts of the Ducks newly released home uniform after seeing in person. Later, AD and THG breakdown the Pacific Division heading into the 2024-25 season.
