S2 Ep 83The Conscious Revolution with Jeff Olsen
In 1997, Jeff experienced a horrific automobile accident. The accident caused multiple life-threatening injuries, including crushing both his legs. He had 18 surgeries and spent six months in the hospital. His left leg was amputated above the knee. The most devastating outcome of the accident was the loss of his wife and youngest son, both killed instantly. Overwhelmed by the injuries his body suffered, Jeff had a profound near-death experience in which he met his wife on the other side, who told him he couldn’t stay and had to return. Having that glimpse into heaven gave him the courage he needed to carry on and care for his living son. He has since remarried and adopted two more sons. According to Jeff’s website, his greatest joy comes from being a husband and father. His mission is to assist people in consciously embracing who they are and the connection they share with others and the universe. Today's episode addresses: -The bubble of consciousness that we are on the cusp of right now. -How we can incorporate consciousness into our everyday life even if we have never had and NDE -the interconnectedness between us all -How Jeff's experience as a homeless man helped him to see into the eyes of humanity. S1 Ep 36Train Wreck with David Ditchfield
Can you imagine being dragged under a train and living to tell the story? In 2006, David Ditchfield had a freak accident in which he was dragged under a speeding train. As the surgeons fought to save him, he had a profound near-death experience (NDE) and journeyed to what he believes was the Afterlife. When he woke up in hospital, he had acquired astonishing new abilities where he could produce fine art paintings and composing classical music. This is all the more astonishing as David had never received any training in classical music and never composed such music before his NDE. In fact, to this day, he cannot read or write a single note of musical notation. His debut symphony, The Divine Light, was inspired by his NDE and was premiered at a sell-out concert. Additionally, Dave has completed more than thirty paintings and a number of commissioned artworks. He lives, paints and composes in a converted riverside mill near Cambridge, UK. After hearing near death experiences from many other guests, this is a fascinating exploration deeper into this topic. We discuss… David’s life before and after his NDE What it’s really like to stare death in the face Channeling art and music - what does that look like? You can hear more of David’s story at the Second Annual Online Near-Death Experience Conference.
