S2403 Ep 9Jerusalem Controversies - 240309
As Jesus comes towards the end of His ministry He begins to exercise His authority as the Messiah of Israel. Not surprisingly, this brings Him into conflict with the religious leaders in Jerusalem. S2402 Ep 12Earth’s Closing Events - 240212
Weather forecasting people can predict rain, fine weather or storms with surprisingly impressive accuracy, but only for a short time into the future—just a few days at best. God is different, He knows the end from the beginning. He reveals the future through His prophets in the Bible. Although God does this to strengthen our faith when we see prophecy fulfilled, He also does it to warn us of earth’s closing events, so we will be prepared, and so that He can guide us safely home. Our study today will uncover more of this truth. Hosted by: Pr Clive NashGuests: Daniel Petersen & Kaysie Vokurka Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

S2402 Ep 10Spiritualism Exposed - 240210
Today the world is awash with the entertainment industry churning out programs involving angels, magic, and the living dead. Many Christian denominations teach that a person’s soul immediately goes to heaven or hell when someone dies. Other religions teach that the dead go to a spirit world when they die, or are re-incarnated into a different life form. What really happens to us when we die? Today’s lesson will explore what the Bible has to say on this important topic. Hosted by: Rosemary MalkiewyczGuests: Kylie Fisher & Lena Yoon Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

S2402 Ep 6The Foundation of God’s Government - 240209
One of the most important responsibilities of every government is to ensure that there is law and order in society. Without it, the society won’t function, resulting in a failed state, with crime and violence going unfettered. How do we wrestle this with the common teaching of heaven being a place where God’s law is abolished? Today’s study will dig deep into this confounding topic. Hosted by: Pr Uriah St JusteGuests: Rod Butler & Rosemary Malkiewycz Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

S2402 Ep 7Motivated by Hope - 240207
God has offered His peace to a chaotic world. Our world needs peace and hope for the future—people know it, but most don’t want it, not God’s way anyway. Hosted by: Pr Mike BrowningGuests: Kaysie Vokurka & Lena Yoon Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

S2402 Ep 6The Two Witnesses - 240206

S2402 Ep 5Faith Against All Odds - 240205
There is a common saying which goes: ‘If you do not stand for something, you will fall for anything.’ This study looks at a group of people from the past who did stand for something, and despite having enormous pressure against them, held their faith against all odds and did not fall. Join us as we investigate these people and learn where they sourced their strength. Hosted by: Blair LemkeGuests: John Malkiewycz & Alan Fisher Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

S2402 Ep 4Standing for the Truth - 240204
The past few studies have taught us that a battle is going on in our world between good and evil. History tells us that the battle even infects Christianity. The Christian church is sadly divided today. But history also teaches us that God has always had faithful souls who stay loyal to Him regardless of persecution. Hosted by: Pr Clive NashGuests: Rosemary Malkiewycz & Kaysie Vokurka Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

Hosted by: Pr Mike BrowningGuests: Cassie Sollano & Rosemary Malkiewycz Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

S2402 Ep 2The Central Issue: Love or Selfishness? - 240202
‘The Trial of God (as it was held on February 25, 1649, in Shamgorod)’ is a fictional play Elie Wiesel wrote about God as a defendant in a mock trial where He is accused of permitting the massacre of His children. In a plot twist, the author of the play claims such a trial occurred in the Nazi concentration camp of Auschwitz, but historians question the accuracy of that claim. Whether there was such a trial or not, there is a cosmic trial of sorts taking place right now, where God’s character is called into question and His love tested. Is He truly a loving God or a selfish tyrant? Our study will look into this Great Controversy theme. Hosted by: Pr Uriah St JusteGuests: Kaysie Vokurka & Pr John Kosmeier Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

S2402 Ep 1The War Behind All Wars - 240201
Searching people have many questions: how can a God of love allow so much evil to exist? Or, why do bad things happen to good people? Today we commence a new series on the conflict between good and evil, which deals with these types of questions. Today’s lesson goes back to the very beginning: Lucifer’s rebellion in heaven, which kicked off the cosmic conflict between good and evil. Let’s carefully examine how a God of love dealt with such a tragic development. Hosted by: Pr Mike BrowningGuests: Alan Fisher & Cassie Sollano Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

And what are its benefits? To answer these questions, today’s lesson will explore the nature of true worship, along with its outcomes. Hosted by: Pr Mike BrowningGuests: Ann Browning & Gayl Fong Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

S2401 Ep 11Longing for God in Zion - 240111
Some Psalms declare a desire to visit and dwell securely in Zion. Of the 150 Psalms, 20 specifically mention Zion. Is Zion a place, a political ideology, a symbol, or a theology? The biblical writers use it as a blend of all these things. Today we will look into and discuss these characteristics, with the desire to understand why there is a longing for God’s people to be in Zion. Hosted by: Rosemary MalkiewyczGuests: Kaysie Vokurka & Pr John Kosmeier Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

S2401 Ep 10Lessons of the Past - 240110
For countless years people have said variations of: “If you do not learn from the past you will be condemned or doomed to repeat it.” One way we learn from our past is by knowing and remembering our history. One of the most inspiring accounts of “cross-cultural ministry” in the Bible can be found in the book of Esther. We often have a limited perspective of the people God wants us to reach. As Christians God calls us to share Him with all walks of life. How can we join in His plan to bring upon the whole world a knowledge of Jesus? Today’s study will study this question in detail. Hosted by: Pr Christopher PetersenGuests: Kaysie Vokurka & Hana Nakagawa Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

S2304 Ep 10Mission to the Unreached: Part 1 - 230410
All of us are influenced, and limited, by the assumptions of our cultures and worldviews. For us to successfully present the gospel to people who have vastly different views, homework is necessary. Homework that identifies our special bridge of common interest, allowing us to address their needs and earn their favour. We will be most successful if we’re flexible, resourceful, and open-minded in regards to new (and even unfamiliar) approaches to God’s mission. The key to our witnessing is always asking the Holy Spirit to guide us, teach us, and direct us. Hosted by: Rod ButlerGuests: Dr Kylie Fisher & Kate Simpson Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/

The Christian life is one characterised by love—A love for one’s neighbour, and a love for God. At times we might neglect this calling to care for others, or it could become superficial. How can we ensure that our compassion for others is sincere and consistent? What practical ways can we love our neighbours? What lessons about kindness can we learn from the life of Jesus? Today’s study will look into this predicament. Hosted by: Pr Christopher PetersenGuests: Pr John Kosmeier & Hana Nakagawa Download the study notes at this link: www.3abnaustralia.org.au/resources/do…s/lgs-notes/
