People think because they've used a system a few times that it will work every time. Guess what? Technology isn't perfect, and neither are you - make sure you set everything up several minutes before your meeting/event starts. #3 - Set ground rules! Will your team be able to ask questions in the chat box? Will they be able to communicate with each other in the chat box? Will they be on mute? Will there be a waiting room before they can get into the meeting? #4 - Facilitate collaboration! This is HUGE my friend!
