This week InGoal Radio presented by The Hockey Shop Source for Sports, was recorded on location at Tendyfest 4 a fantastic demo event in Vancouver, BC where hundreds of goaltenders came together with all the major gear companies to celebrate position and test out all the latest gear on ice. We had the pleasure of presenting a "live podcast" on stage at Tendyfest and in addition to last week's episode we have now shared those interviews via the podcast. This week we share our interviews with longtime NHL pro and current broadcaster Alex Auld, physiotherapist with an expertise in dealing with concussions Stefan Sigalet and a legend in the equipment industry, Pete Smith from Warrior Hockey.

This week on InGoal Radio presented by The Hockey Shop Source for Sports, New Jersey Devil's goaltender Cory Schneider has a lengthy char with Kevin and Daren on his way home from the rink as he prepares to represent the USA in the upcoming World Championship. Cam at the Hockey Shop also introduces us to the CCM EFlex 4 stick with some new flex properties to help you snap sharp passes and maybe even take a shot at the other net in your moment of glory.Cory talks about his focus on the ice as he shifts from regular season to World's prep - not unlike young goalies moving from regular season to spring season. He then speaks about perseverance where he moves from surgery recovery through a tough early regular season that ultimately finished with strength, earning him the invitation to the World Championship. There's a lot in there for goaltenders of all ages about both a physical and mental approach to pushing through challenging periods in a season. Cory also took a few of our listener questions - most notably on gear where he stands out as one of the few goalies who is "a bit of a mutt" in his words, wearing so many different brands, and on hip health and training to help goaltenders young and old.

It was a fantastic interview and without doubt it will not be the last time we speak with Clint. This is both an important interview and an extremely entertaining one.
