Even after logical discussion, Jobs friends were unwilling to consider that their religious rational could be wrong. They continued to claim that Job was being punished because of something he had done. Pastor JD teaches us how dangerous it is for us to become locked on religious doctrine. We must remember to seek Jesus and not legalism.

We must be certain that the things which we do and say are done so with a heart of love. Pastor JD reminds us today that it's possible to speak a truth with the wrong heart. It's when this happens that people often get hurt. To be more like Christ, we must learn to differentiate between speaking prideful and loving truths.
