Christians instinctively know that their goal is to be a ‘better’ Christian. Now, there are many opinions on what that is, but most would agree that it has something to do with having more of Jesus’ character. He sees you as perfect, just like His Son, if you’ve put your faith in Him. Your sins are forgiven and removed and you are His!

Unfortunately, she's harmed while trying to find him. Satan will do anything to STOP you in your tracks from growing closer to Jesus.

Sometimes it feels like life couldn’t get any worse, and in the climate of today, it can feel hopeless. But Pastor JD reminds us in today’s update – no matter how bad things get, it doesn’t change how good God IS. Don’t lose hope; hang on to the promises of God and take heart in knowing – He’s already won the war.

We have tendencies to rely only on ourselves – often being too prideful to ask for help. But Pastor JD encourages us in today’s update, to not be proud in our own strength, but to boast in our weakness, for then God’s power can shine. The pains of life are real, but God is more powerful than anything this world can throw your way.

In the midst of a world that feels like it’s falling apart, Pastor JD encourages us in today’s update, reminding us to pray unceasingly and to boast in our weakness – as Christ’s strength will be made full in us. Take time this week to thank God for His continual understanding, His long-suffering, and His never-ending grace.
