Pastor JD explains today that when you come to the Lord, you don’t have to earn his favor or work for him to love you. He loves you and wants you just as you are.

A lot of people think that, if Hell is real and people actually go there, then God must be heartless. But today, Pastor JD reminds us that Hell was created for Satan, not us. In fact, Jesus did everything He could possibly do to save us from having to go there. But you still have to make the choice of believing in Him.

We often view God in a bad light when we’re going through trials; it’s easy to blame it on Him. But have you thought about the alternative? Pastor JD reminds us today that sometimes, God sends us into a specific trial, in order to avoid a bigger, messier one. He has the best intentions for your life if only you’ll believe.

Does it ever feel like you have everything under control - until you don’t? We constantly try to take care of things ourselves, even though we say we’re trusting in God. Pastor JD reminds us today that, we need to make prayer a priority. And we need to pray for God to work in such a way that the only possible answer is, HIM.

Many people feel pretty simple, fairly common in fact. Sometimes it’s hard to feel unique or valued when you look around you. However, as Pastor JD explains today, God sees you as perfect. Unique. Wonderful. Don’t find your worth from the world, but from God who loves you immensely.

What if the confusing things of the world are meant to remind you that the Lord is not a God of confusion, but a God of peace? What if the hard things are meant to draw you closer to Him?

So why stress about the things of the world when Jesus, who is the light of the world, promises you a life of peace with the Father? Worry not and rest in Him.

We need to remember God’s promises and be confident in them! When you’re lost and don’t even have a bad idea, He’ll come through with a result that will blow your mind.

Nobody wants to see the people they love hurting. Why would we assume that God’s any different? Pastor JD reminds us today that God hates to see His children in pain. We must stand on His promises: there’s no need to be anxious or fearful because God takes care of the flowers in the field, and He cares for you so much more.

It's so easy to get caught up in our fears and anxieties, especially during this current pandemic. But Pastor JD reminds us today that we can have hope in the Lord! He encourages us by recalling scripture that says, the battle belongs to God. And remember, God has already won the war, so what’s a little battle to Him?

People who have different views in life than you do are not your enemy. People who share things on social media that you don’t agree with are not your enemy.
