Whenever we face a trial or go through a struggle, one of the last things we wan't to hear is to be patient and wait. For many of us, patience is something we struggle with regardless of our situation. In today's message, Pastor JD reflects on the patience and faith of Esther and teaches us the importance of waiting on The Lord.

With so much happening around the world...especially in the middle east, it's important that we keep our eyes focused on the LORD's return. How much time do we have left? Is there time to delay confessing your sins and repenting? Is there time to wait to accept Jesus as your LORD and Savior? While no one can say the day or the hour of the LORD's return...friends...it appears to be RIGHT around the corner! Jesus could return at any time. The BIG questions is: Are you ready?

All throughout history the Jewish people have faced countless attacks, both on an individual level as well as national. While some might suggest that hatred towards Jewish people is merely racist or prejudice, there's far more at stake. In today's message, Pastor JD reflects on the demonic nature behind the persecution of the Jews.

Many of us have probably looked back at previous trials and asked ourselves why we even doubted God's faithfulness. While they might've seemed unbearable at the time, God always came through. However, we know that peace will NEVER come to the middle east until Jesus returns and rules and reigns.

As followers and disciples of Christ, we're called to be witnesses to the rest of the world. Unfortunately, many of us tend to treat witnessing as if there should be a separate time and place for it. We try to make long-range decisions with our children in mind, but honestly, we mainly hope it works out for them because we probably won’t be around. We, like Israel, want to do right by God but either through neglect and apathy or outright rebellion we end up on the wrong trail.

It's because, like many of us, Pastor JD senses even more so the times that we are in...things are getting more serious each passing day. The prophecies of the last days are falling into place all around us. TODAY is the day of salvation!!!

The Israelites in Nehemiah’s day made the decision to begin to trust God again, unlike their parents. Pastor JD will be teaching about our need to do the same thing. We need to consciously choose to put our full dependence on God. In everything from our health to our finances, our families, we need to trust God to do His best for us.

The important question in our lives is, will we trust God? Pastor JD will be teaching about the Israelites in Nehemiah’s time addressing that question after years of exile and slavery. Their leaders chose to answer in the affirmative, and put their names down to show everyone their strength of resolve. We will be challenged to do the same.
