In the early 1850's Alan and Wealthy Surrency would build their dream home in relative isolation within the state of Georgia. They would raise there family there for 20 years in peace. Until one evening when their daughter Clementine was waiting for her father at the nearby train station. A ghostly figure of a man would appear near the tracks and begin whistling. The United Verde Hospital was constructed in 1926 and tended to the sick and wounded workers who mined for copper during the early 20th century.
