This episode of The Herbalist Hour was a real treat for me. I got to interview my longtime friend, Thomas Dick. Thomas is the Executive Vice President of Mountain Rose Herbs. He also happens to be their Brand Director, as well as the host of the podcast "Interviews on Herbal Radio: Presented by Mountain Rose Herbs". I've known Thomas for about 13 years now, and in this conversation we talk about his early childhood experiences with ginseng, singing on stage in India to a crowd of 32,000 people, branding your herbal products, and a whole lot more. Thomas also answers some guest questions from Dr. Susan Leopold (Executive Director of United Plant Savers), herbalist Jiling Lin, and our mutual good friend Ryan Szakalski. Although Thomas isn't an herbalist, he shares a lot of great insight around branding, marketing and being a leader. We also share a lot of laughs and some fun stories.
