Some argue this isn't right and others say yes! "He who has the gold makes the rules" is that accurate? 401(k) funds for a home down payment without the 10% early withdrawal penalty (if under age 59½) is primarily achieved through a 401(k) loan. While some proposals have been discussed to ease this, a direct, penalty-free "withdrawal" is up for debate, new policy may take place under the President's administration. Per A.I. on Google: If your employer allows it (about 80% do), you can take a loan from your 401(k) to use as a down payment. No Penalty/Tax: Because it is a loan to yourself, you do not pay income tax or the 10% penalty, provided you follow repayment rules. Loan Limits: Typically up to 50% of your vested balance or $50,000, whichever is less. Repayment: Must be repaid with interest, usually through payroll deductions. While5 years is standard, many plans allow for longer repayment terms (up to 15 years in some cases) if the loan is used to buy a primary residence. Risk: If you leave your job, you must repay the loan quickly (often by the tax filing deadline). If not, the remaining balance is treated as a taxable distribution (early withdrawal penalty applies).

About 34-37% of all active inventory in LA and OC has price reduced at least once this year. DOM is growing. MEDIAN SALES PRICES -0.9% AND $900K FOR STATE WIDE. According to Fannie Mae Pulsenomics they expect home price appreciation to be 3.4% and the cumalitive price over next 5 years to be 19%. REDFIN SHOWING 500K MORE US HOME SELLER STHAN BUYERS CHART. EPISODE 57 | The podcasters, MLB commentators and critics of Devers are falling flat on explaining why they disagree with Devers for not wanting to play 1st base! The narrative put out there is essentially Devers is a big ego maniac and scared to play another position. I unfortunately have to blame the translator for why this narrative is out there. Devers essentially is trying to say, he doesn’t believe he’s a type of player that can easily adapt to a new position. Translator doesn’t even remotely relay that message. Plus the body language of Devers was easy going. His words were delivered ok but this translator came out so serious. Devers understands he’s not a Mookie Betts. That’s tough as hell to move around. Granted I understand maybe physically 1st base is an easy move to go to from a position like 3rd base. Ken Rosenthall is only one in our opinion that explained this situation very well. Giving Devers some grace but the whole point is the MESSAGING could have landed better.
