Have you heard of motorcycle lane splitting? Where a motorcycle rider can ride down the striped line on a freeway between cars in slow and go traffic. It’s legal in a small handful of states and one legislator from Colorado wants to make it legal here. There is a nationwide trend circling towards roundabouts.
