Police have released surveillance video in the hopes of identifying two man wanted in the shooting death of a Metro Atlanta man. 24-year-old Knox Panter was killed after confronting the men breaking into his work truck. Panter had recently started a tree trimming service. The truck carried his livelihood. Alex Murdaugh, now facing a total of 48 counts of financial fraud — stemming from an alleged botched suicide-for-hire plot and stealing money from his former law firm and his dead housekeeper’s estate. A South Carolina judge set bond at $7 million with the proviso that Murdaugh must pay his bond in full. Previously, State Grand Jury Chief Creighton Waters ordered Murdaugh to remain jailed without bond as he was a flight risk. During his virtual hearing, Murdaugh apologized to the family of his former housekeeper. Gloria Satterfield suffered a fatal fall at the Murdaugh home in 2018. Murdaugh was arrested on October 14 at a rehabilitation center in Florida for obtaining property by false pretenses for allegedly stealing $4.3 million from her estate. The investigation into Maggie and Paul Murdaugh's murders has revealed Murder had a 20-year addiction to opiods. Murdaugh is also accused of stealing $6.2 million from clients and associates between October 2015 through 2020. Are police one step closer to cracking the unsolved murder of two teen girls from Delphi, Indiana? Liberty “Libby” German and her friend Abby Williams, were found dead near a railroad tressel, in a park where the teens liked to walk. That was almost 5 years ago. No arrests have been made, nor a person of interest named, but investigators have announced interest in a person using a social media account named “anthony_shots.” This person was attempting to talk with and meet underage girls around the same time of the killings. We now Know the creator of the profile is not the same person pictured on the account. Kegan Anthony Kline originated the account to solicit nude images from underage girls, obtain their addresses, and attempt to meet them. The profile image was stolen from a young male model. Police have not disclosed what connection, if any, this man has to the Delphi case, but they honed in on the site, just 10 days after the girls were killed. Ethan Crumbley's parents have joined him in jail, just not in the same cell. The mother and father of the teen charged in the school shooting at Oxford High School have been charged involuntary manslaughter after taking no action when called to the school. A teacher saw a disturbing drawing made by the boy, and the parents were called in and told that Ethan Crumbley must get counseling with 48 hours. The school shooting happened shortly thereafter. Jennifer and James Crumbley pled not guilty to the charges. Police issued a "Be on the Lookout" for the parents when they failed to turn themselves in. Tammy and Dr. Jeffrey Harris had been married for 11 years when Tammy was diagnosed with lupus. Doctors begin a treatment regimen but her health did not improve. Harris was wheelchair-bound, her weight dropped to just 70 pounds, and her hair and fingernails fell out. The couple traveled from Moscow, Idaho to New York in search of a holistic doctor, when Tammy suddenly collapsed in the lobby of the Lotte New York Palace hotel. She died six days later. An autopsy determined that Tammy Harris died from an overdose of the dietary supplement, Selenium. Selenium, a trace mineral is considered safe in small doses, but the city medical examiner found eight times the average amount of Selenium in Harris's system. An investigation revealed that Dr. Harris did not believe his wife had Lupus.He insisted that she suffered from mercury poisoning from working at a dental office several years prior. Dr. Harris kept up the pretense that his wife was taking what she had been prescribed by her doctors, but instead, she was taking Selenium, prescribed by her husband. A Washington doctor is charged with attempted kidnapping after police say he reached out to “hitmen” on the dark web. Investigators got a tip about a scheme to kidnap Dr. Ronald Craig Ilg’s wife. Registered nurse Cristen Giangarra, 31, is among hundreds of women reporting rapes and assaults by their lift drivers. Giangarra called for a Lyft after a night of celebrating with friends. The ride to her home should have lasted six minutes but was instead was 51 minutes of terror. Giangarra says she fell asleep in the backseat and woke up to her driver raping her. Giangarra sued Lyft, saying the company cut corners on background checks and hired her driver, 54-year-old Larry Ward, despite his criminal history.
