A judge in Ohio has thrown out an alleged confession by Chad Doerman, a father accused of executing his three young sons last summer. Clermont County Judge Richard Ferenc said sheriff’s detectives violated Doerman’s rights when they didn’t fully read his Miranda warnings to him and they continued to question him after he asked for a lawyer. Police in Kissimmee, Florida say the investigation into the death of Madeline Soto, 13, is ongoing as her mother's boyfriend, Stephan Sterns, is being held without bail on sex crimes charges. Soto's body was found last Friday afternoon in a wooded area after a days-long search in the Orlando area. Detectives in Maryland have released two new sketches of a man wearing an "Air Jordan" hat that could lead to the man who killed mother of five, Rachel Morin. Morin was found dead along the Ma & Pa Trail in Bel Air last August.
