The state attorney in Maddie Soto's murder and sexual abuse case have released nearly 900 pages of documents that contain new details about the investigation. The details include information about Maddie's relationship with her mother and what her mother told detectives about the last time that she saw her. Detectives also outline what Maddie's friends told detectives about her relationship with her mother's boyfriend, Stephan Sterns. Sterns is accused of sexually abusing Maddie and murdering her.
