Police in Ridgefield, Connecticut found an 83-year-old man dead in his bedroom on August 1. Police were called to Marc Uricchio’s home by his son, Steven Uricchio. Former Connecticut elementary school teacher Alyson Cranick was already facing state charges alleging she had sex with a child who was younger than 13. Malynda Harrison, 22, admitted to putting two children in a tub of hot water and restraining them so they couldn't get out of the tub, according to Gallia County, Ohio court documents. Harrison faces four counts of felony child endangering for the incident on June 6. The initial 911 call reported a 5-year-old girl was having a seizure. But, the sheriff said when first responders arrived, they found the girl suffering from second-degree burns on a large part of her body. A second child had first and second-degree burns.
