Shannon Hiott was 29 when her ex-boyfriend, Chance Donohoe, broke into her home in August 2023 and stabbed her 37 times. Hiott had broken up with Donohoe over his drug use and had tried to warn other women about him on a social media groups. Prosecutors in Columbus, Ohio say Donohoe saw those warning and it made him angry.
