Behavior Modification Part 3 Shaping and Chaining
Shaping means gradually altering someone's behavior by rewarding incremental changes, for example walking to jogging to running. Chaining means examining the behaviors, stimuli, reinforces and punishments leading up to a behavior. Backwards chaining means examining behaviors in revers to see how the person got here. Adrenal Fatigue and How it Impacts the Recovery Process
The adrenals are responsible for the fight or flight reaction and making sex hormones (libido). When the adrenals become fatigued, the body responds with apathy, exhaustion and "sputters" of unexplained adrenaline.
