Ep 2018.Episode - Interview with Matt Lavars. "You are only one thought away from creating a change".

Airborne Entrepreneur Podcast - Interview with my very special guest Matt Lavars. I've met Matt at The Coaching Institute in Melbourne, four years ago. He was one of the Coaching Institute trainers. I saw his personal growth in front of my eyes during those four years. I was impressed by how much commitment, consistency, energy and drive he brought into his personal development and growth. His hunger for growth and learning is absolutely inspiring. He is a professional coach, facilitator, trainer, mentor and an expert in emotional intimacy. We decided to have a bit deeper conversation about our thinking, behaviour and language. How important is to become an aware human being and take responsibility for our actions in any situation of our life. I love his final thought: "You are only one thought away from creating a change," "A lot of people think the change is so distant in the future. That's not true. You are only one thought away from creating a change" Thank you very much Enjoy your listening With love Alex Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Ep 1616. Episode - Disruptive Leadership - Culture is King of Business

Disruptive leaders are those who break mould constructively. They break the rules they hold them and others back and create a positive and innovative change. Even though all leaders are very different they have similar attributes and impulses: they know people are the most important part of business and their employee engagement is essential to success and that this engagement is coming from giving their people freedom. This means to create and facilitate a space where everyone can think for themselves, they can speak their minds and they can bring ideas and innovations to the boss. Disruptive leaders are usually quietest. What that means is that when the CEO is taking over the company and team they are advised to communicate their vision straight away and show people who are in charge. But the truth is, those who lead successfully and most effectively and are able to sustain business growth in the long term are listening rather than talking right from the start. Ep 1111. How to create your irresistible offer

What is that you are actually offering? Are you clear on your offer? Your offer should have 5 major attributes and that is: It has to be SPECIFIC - you teach something very specific they can use straight away and implement easily. You need to give them something that will help them to win the first step or overcome the challenge! It has to be TANGIBLE - people have to be able to describe their win very simple way. It MUST APPEAL - speak to one person you must know your Avatar! Must be UNIQUE - GET CREATIVE. when I am talking about uniqueness it is more about the name of the product and description maybe colours, delivery or the way how you advertise. Has to be ASPIRATIONAL - aspire your ideal clients to better health, a better relationship, or a better life. Ascension model is basically for levelling up your offer and making your ideal client purchase straight away. Ascension model can have a few levels - we are usually using 3 or 4 levels. In order to create an Ascension Model for your business, you need to know what problems you are solving. It’s important to understand that solving problems for your ideal client is progressive, it happens over time. Once the client finishes a program with you they are going to ask, “what’s next?”. That’s when you ascend them up the value ladder. Enjoy Alex Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Ep 55. How to Create Purposeful Life wit Alex

I would like to share a few life strategies for success in life and business. What is important for you in your life? Do you know who you are? Who would you like to become? What is your real passion? We can use a few strategies to move ahead and fins our purpose. First thing is to stop procrastinate and stop trying to be perfect. Stop overthinking. Perfection is coming from progress and feedback. The second important thing is to discover your passion. You can use strategies like going back in time and think about your big passion from childhood, what you loved to do, what was your biggest interest or you can find passion through your pain. Another way to discover your passion is to ask yourself: "What does interest me right now?" Third important thing is to have structure or system. You need to have a strategic plan that you can follow. Everyone is trying to avoid this stage. Learn_Experiment_Perform_Thrive. Fourth is Action. Action avoids regrets. Stop waiting, wishing and wanting! Start doing and get your dreamed results NOW! With Love Alex Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company.
