The grind of life is marked by difficulty and suffering. Through contentment, joy, and faithfulness we can persevere.

The Way of Salvation
The disciples asked Jesus, “Who can be saved?” The Lord responded by giving them bad news and good news. Concerning the bad news He said, “With man it is impossible.” Concerning the good news He said, “But with God all things are possible.” God is good and He has provided a way for our salvation!

Is Hell Real
The Valley of Hinnom is located just southwest of the Old City of Jerusalem. In Bible times, this valley was used as a garbage dump, where the bodies of criminals, animal carcasses, and trash were continually burned. Jesus used the Valley of Hinnom (Gehenna) as an illustration of Hell and warned anyone who would listen to avoid that place at all costs.

Matters of the Heart
The Pharisees prioritized man made religion over God’s Word. In doing so, they honored God with their lips, but their hearts were far from Him. Jesus’ message was exactly the opposite. The Lord emphasized an intimate relationship with the Father and focused on matters of the heart.

Storm Strategy
While crossing the Sea of Galilee, the disciples encountered a fierce headwind that was against them. At some point, all of us will encounter stormy winds. These winds will threaten to steal our joy and discourage us. But if we have a strategy in place before the winds blow, we can, “Be of good cheer”!

It's Complicated
While in a desolated area, the disciples looked out at more than five thousand people who were hungry. What should they do? It was complicated. Life can be complex. Problems surface every day. What should we do when we’re faced with a difficult issue?

Remember

Do this in remembrance of Me." Join us this weekend as we remember Christ's monumental sacrifice on our behalf and then share Communion together.

G.O.A.T.
G.O.A.T. is an popular acronym for ‘greatest of all time.’ We can debate the G.O.A.T. concerning basketball, football, and hip-hop music; but, when it comes to this whole God thing, Jesus made it clear: LOVE is the G.O.A.T.

Lover of My Soul
Many Christians struggle with the idea that God loves them. They fictitiously believe He is too immense to care about them or too holy to forgive their sin. When the Son of God came to earth, He dispelled both of these spurious beliefs. He proved by His words and works that He truly is the Lover of our souls!

Stronger
When Jesus went to the land of the Gerasenes, He encountered a man who was filled with demons. Dark forces were strong in this man’s life, but he was about to encounter someone who was stronger; someone who would set him free!
