We are human, and let's face it, we are not perfect insert dramatic music. However, we choose to serve THE perfect God through our obedience. But, what happens when we mess up? How do we handle this? It's LOVE WEEK!!! Happy Early Valentine's Day! Oh, how our words can make people feel like a millionaire, but also like a bum is crazy. But, let's think about how our words can shift the atmosphere, especially when we are speaking the Words from our Heavenly Father. We must be intentional with the way we choose and use our words towards others and most importantly, ourselves.

The smoke coming off my podcast mic right now...WHHHHHEEEWWWW! The Holy Spirit showed out on this one! Quit giving up when hard things come your way. We were told to fight the good fight of faith, not the lazy fight or the weak fight, but the GOOD fight. I don't even have words right now, so LET'S GET INTO IT!

We are in the last days. There's no nice way to put it, but we have to do a better job of holding each other accountable. It's life and death out here in these spiritual streets, and the enemy is trying to take out as many of us as he can. One way he tries to do this is by killing our testimony. If he can lure us back out into the world then he can destroy our witness through the sin that can so easily beset us. Let's Get Into It!

Psalm 119:74 says, "They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word." We don't realize that we bring joy to others when they see us because the glory of the Lord is in us. Everything we have gone through, when people know our backstory it makes them rejoice to see us now. You don't look like what you've been through and that is a cause for others to rejoice because they know the only reason you came through is because of Jesus. This gives them the hope they need to push into their "second-wind." Let's Get Into It!

This is season 3! Welcome back everyone! I'm so glad you're here and you are joining me as we are applying the Bible into every aspect of our lives. Well, this is a short episode because of the impending storm that is heading towards my area. However, this message was weighing on me and I had to deliver it. When the Lord asks you to do something do you obey willingly? You can be obedient and not willing to do what is being asked of you. Let's Get Into This!

The last episode of season two. Not only is it the last episode of season two, but it is the last episode of 2023! Wow...can you believe it? I am still stuck on the fact that it has only been 9 months since the Lord told me to start this podcast. You know, that's the funny thing about life. You can have your plans and how you are going to get those plans to come to fruition, but the Lord will flip your life around so fast. However, no matter what you are going through, you have a wonderful life because you are here on purpose for purpose. Let's Get Into It!

As the year comes to a close as well as season 2 of the podcast, I always take a step back to reflect. This week I studied a couple of people from the Bible and realized how their choices made me upset. However, the Holy Spirit had to remind me there are areas in my life that make the Lord upset (ouch!), and nobody's perfect. Tune in as we go a little deeper in God's Word. Let's Get Into It!!

This Thanksgiving I am saying "Lord, I believe, but help my unbelief." It's amazing what can happen in a year, right? However, what if everything that is happening is NOT what the Holy Spirit has shown and told you? Right, I am in the same situation as some of you who are listening. It is so easy to say "walk by faith, not by sight," but when you are the one who is being called to walk by faith it "hits different." How do you fight what you can't "see"? Our weapons are not carnal, but mighty through God for the pulling down of strongholds! We wrestle not against flesh and blood...we use the Word of God which is sharper than any two-edged sword able to pierce to the very marrow. You can't use the sword of the Spirit if you don't study. You can't fight if you haven't been practicing. You will lose every battle the enemy brings to you until you decide to pick up the Word and study and speak those things that are not as though they were. You can't see it yet, but what God has promised you is on the way. Trust and believe it IS done. Speak the Word over every situation and watch how God shows up for you. Let's Get Into It!!!

Whew chiiiiiiiiiiiiiilllllllllllleeeeee...why would we disobey God's promises? Why? I know I have a couple of times this week. When God gives us a promise, everything that we need to fulfill it He has already provided for us. When we start to reason and question if we should walk into the promise that's when we disobey. This episode is lit! Let's get into it!!!

I will be taking a break to do some much needed fasting and praying. Sometimes in life we become so busy with our routines and schedules we mistakenly believe we can manage to fit the Lord into our calendar somewhere forgetting that He is time itself. Is your sin worth your peace? Is your sin worth your anointing? How much is that sin really worth to you? In today's episode we talk about the woman with the alabaster box...and, the other people in the room with her as she anointed our Savior just days before He gave His life for us. Let's get into it!

So I pray before I begin the show and I asked the Lord to use me as His voice. Listen, do not pray for things and not expect the Lord to show up! When I tell you it got heated because the Lord used my voice to speak to myself by asking the question, "Why are you rushing to get to where I promised you?" YIKES! Guess what else the Holy Spirit downloaded?....Oh you have to tune in to find out, so let's get into it!

In order to move forward in our walk with Christ, we have to leave sin alone. The sin of disobedience is a gateway sin to the other sins. Think about it. Disobedience leads to pride, gluttony, fornication, greed, etc. When we disobey we are causing a separation between us and God. Yes, we have Jesus, but we don't need to continue in sin so grace can abound (Rom. 6:1). We should do our very best to avoid the very appearance of evil, even when it doesn't make sense to obey. Whew this episode is FULLY LOADED...Let's get into it!

We are continuing our study in Joshua 7 with Achan and the children of Israel. Whew...this is hard, but we need to hear about sin. In today's society, no one wants to talk about sin and the affects it has on us or those connected to us. But, it is necessary that we understand what sin is and how it affects us not only physically, but spiritually as well.

Y'all have to get into this one because this is a HEAVY hitta this week! Whew the sin of Achan. Pull your bibles out and follow along because this is...whew chile...this is a doozy. There's so much here I had to break it up into two parts...it may be three parts depending on how the Holy Spirit moves. I'm just here speaking the Word and talking, but the Lord will have His way. This is the COVID edition of Blessed Is She That Believed. Yes, I have COVID, but the Word of God still goes forth. Don't you know the Lord showed up in a mighty way?! Like whew, chile...listen to this episode because it blessed me. Not, because I am the host, but because He's God and His Word is true because He is full of grace and truth. Sometimes, we go through situations in our lives thinking the situation needs to change, but it is really us who need to change. I pray when you listen to this week's episode you are forever changed by the Word of God.

In this last episode of the first season, I have to ask you a question. Have you ever looked at your life in detail? Like REALLY looked at the details of your life and how you got to be who you are and where you are? If not, I suggest you do because many of the questions about your purpose and the plan God has on your life are in the details of your life. Let's get into it!

How can you move forward into what the Lord has for you when you are constantly living in your past with your shoulda, coulda, wouldas? That's not the move my brothers and sisters in Christ. We move forward, and that's the only direction to go. We only check the past to see how far we have come in Christ. Let's get into it!

When we hold onto unforgiveness and bitterness, and all the things that are birthed from unforgiveness, it blinds us to WHO we really need to focus on...Jesus. Tune in and let's get to it!

Have you ever felt that you are always behind even though you are doing everything right? You see people who don't even love the Lord succeeding, excelling, and prospering, but you seem to be the one suffering? Just know, you stay consistent. Be not weary in well doing. Why run from the fight? Why not run to it? Until we get in the valley we will not receive the breakthrough. Yeah, the mountaintop is nice, but there's no room to fight up there. The valley gives us all the space we need to fight. When I say fight, I mean, using the Word of God to fight our battles. So, why are you running from the fight?

To every thing there is a season...But how do you know what season you're in when you are not connected the One who knows where you are in your life? Your Heavenly Father sees where you are and He wants to give you downloads about the plans He has for you, but you won't spend time with Him.

Sometimes we don't realize that God has anointed us to do the things we consider "unimportant" or "regular". Those things will always be "unimportant" or "regular" when we do not include the Lord. Tune in to learn how to not discredit what the Lord has anointed you for to fulfill the purpose He has for your life.

Why does it seem like none of your awesomely amazing plans work out? Have you checked with your Heavenly Father to make sure those plans of yours line up with His will for your life? Uh oh...tune in to learn how having your steps ordered by the Lord is the best thing since sliced bread :)

Are you withholding forgiveness? Has someone ever wronged you, and you feel in control because you won't forgive them? Have you ever done anything to someone and that person hasn't forgiven you? Then, this is for all of us because we have all at one time or another been in the position to forgive or receive the forgiveness of someone. Tune in as we get to it with this topic!

Process-a natural continuing action or series of actions or changes. We are always in the process of something. It is never-ending, so why do we hate waiting through the process in the different stages of our walk with Christ? Whew chile, join me as we discuss Esther in this episode. A midwife is someone who can push something forward or ahead. A midwife can be defined as a person or thing that produces or aids in producing something new or different. Passion (Greek πάσχω "to suffer, to be acted on" and Late Latin (chiefly Christian) passio "passion; suffering" (from Latin pati "to suffer"; participle: passus)). Because of Christ's suffering on the cross, we can reign with Him in eternity. However, when we suffer through trials and tribulations, what does this profit us? No, God does not give His hardest battles to His toughest soldiers (Please stop saying this. It is not scripturally accurate). We endure and go through hard things because we live in a fallen world. However, knowing that the Lord is not only working out our flaws through these tests and trials but that we are going to be used to help someone through the same thing along our journey in this life helps to ease the sting of the pain we are suffering through right now.

After your dream has been put on pause for what seems to be forever, then tragedy strikes. Does it make you run to Jesus and the Cross, or does it make you doubt everything He has promised and shown you? For me, it was the latter. I get really personal in this episode, so you don't want to miss it!

What happens to a dream deferred? Author Langston Hughes asks this famous rhetorical question that he answers with several possibilities. What happened to your deferred dream? Everyone has something that they know should have worked out if it could have gone this way, but was that something in God's plan for your life? Or is it just on pause for right now, until you get into His will because He doesn't want the blessing to become a curse for you? We will delve more into this topic of "A Dream Deferred"

If you are not full of Jesus, then you are full of the world. Periodt! You are not you when you are hungry, so choose Jesus. He is the ONLY one who can quench your thirst and satisfy your hunger.

We usually equate where we are in life with our value and worth, but that is not true. Jesus sees and watches us. The Lord calls us according to our expected end because He sees the end from the beginning. He doesn't speak to us according to our now, He speaks to us according to where we are expected to end.

I absolutely cannot deal with how the Lord has set me up. This is so GHET-TOE!
