We live in the tension between our physical world and God's heavenly Kingdom, and in this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson talks about the importance of leading others with eternity in mind. Interpreting our current circumstances through a biblical worldview can help us navigate this time of confusion and deception, and sharing our perspectives can open other people's eyes to God's Truth. Being advocates for God's Kingdom will require courage and faith, as well as humility and obedience—but it also comes with eternal rewards. Without the Jewish people, we would have no Scripture, no prophets, no Messiah, and no story. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses Israel and the Jewish people, the role they play in our world, and why they are important to the Christian faith. As he presents passages of Scripture that discuss Israel, Pastor Allen puts them into historic perspective, shares his personal experiences in the Holy Land, and shows how the Scripture speaks into our circumstances today. God's faithfulness to Israel reflects His faithfulness to us. To support this ministry and help us continue to reach people all around the world, click here: allenjackson.com/podcastdonate

What God is doing in the earth? What did He create us to do? In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses our need for a God vision—seeing the world from His perspective and with His purposes in mind. Jesus has been involved in the world since the beginning, and He is intimately aware of our circumstances today. In the end times, He told us there would be an increase in God's movement taking place alongside an increase in evil. By turning our focus to what God is doing, we can be better equipped to take our place in His plans. The ability to persevere and overcome has a great deal to do with our vision and how we interpret what we see. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses spiritual vision, why we need it, and what we can do to cultivate it. We have five physical senses, and spiritual vision is another "sense" the Holy Spirit can help us develop. By opening our hearts to new things from the Lord, we can learn to see and understand Him better, which will help us trust and follow Him in new ways. As Christ-followers, we need an awareness and an understanding of what God is doing, but how do we learn to see with spiritual eyes? In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the importance of spiritual vision—being able to discern what God is doing and what He wants us to do. We need God's perspective on our current situations, so we can repent, grow in our faith, and adjust our course to His. Pastor Allen also discusses our responsibility to uphold truth when we see it being misaligned. We desperately need insight and direction beyond what the world offers us. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the importance of being able to see spiritually. As Christ-followers, our birthright is to understand the mysteries of God, and there is a difference between performing religious rituals and actively pursuing a life-changing faith. God has more for us than we have asked Him for, and as we repent and earnestly seek Him, He will reveal new things to us. A church may have Christian architecture, Christian language, and religious symbols and activities, but if it denies the divinity of Jesus and the authority of Scripture, it's not a Christian church. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson talks about how our culture is separating itself from a Judeo-Christian worldview, and the importance of strengthening our faith and being obedient to the truth that we know. He also discusses the three different types of baptism presented in Scripture (John's baptism; Christian baptism; and Spirit baptism), and the significance of each. Our culture will sweep us into deception unless we develop the strength to stand in our faith. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson talks about the blessings that come when we choose to believe Jesus is Lord and live according to God's Word. Even though this position puts us at odds with the world, it provides us with God's power, strength, and wisdom to endure whatever we face. The opportunity to believe is a gift, and it's imperative to tell the people around us about Jesus and the hope and freedom that comes from following Him. If we don't have a plan to escape the paganism in our culture, we will be swept into it. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson offers insight on how to strengthen our faith in a world that celebrates ungodliness and corruption. When we choose to believe God, setting our own plans aside to fulfill the vision He has for our lives, we find new power, meaning, and purpose for our days under the sun. Pastor Allen discusses three attitudes that will hinder our faith: hold outs, hold ups, and holdovers. He also talks about the importance of baptism, highlighting John's baptism into repentance. Our culture is plunging into paganism at a rapid rate, and stopping the descent will require the Church to be awakened to this reality in a new way. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the decline of our culture, our need for God to pour out His Spirit and change people's hearts, and how we can respond. Pastor Allen also discusses baptism, offering insight on why we baptize; what baptism is and isn't; and who should be baptized. All around us, ungodly and pagan practices are being normalized and celebrated. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson points out specific places where we see this downward spiral in our society and the Church—then contrasts it with how God calls us to live, and the hope and freedom that comes from following Him. Pastor Allen also begins discussing a series of invitations God places before us. He offers insight on the first invitation, salvation, and explains how to begin living with Jesus as Lord of your life. Reading the Bible can thoroughly equip us for everything we need in life—but do you imagine it to be just a book of suggestions? In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses different ways people approach the Bible, contrasting the perspectives that grow your understanding of God versus those that diminish it. He also provides insight on how to read Scripture in a way that can make it meaningful, helpful, life-changing, and personal. The Bible has a message for you if you're willing to accept it.

The Church in America has a choice to make, and Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the decision we face by comparing two cities from Scripture: Nineveh and Jerusalem. Both cities fell away from God and His Word, and each responded to the prophets (who were sent by God to warn them to repent) in different ways. Pastor Allen discusses what needs to happen in our individual hearts, and as a nation, to position ourselves to receive God's mercy and restoration. We have been planted where we live for God's purposes, and it's our responsibility to carry His Truth into our communities. Just as athletes need to consistently train their bodies, cultivating a strong faith requires purpose and intentionality. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses practices that will help us mature as Christians, including reading our Bibles, pursuing an active prayer life, and being willing to discuss our faith with those around us. We have a message to offer the world, and God has chosen to use our imperfect lives to accomplish His purposes—but we must be willing to engage. Jesus performed miracles that changed the course of human lives—and He's still doing the same thing today. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the current condition of our world and how it desperately needs the kind of heart change only Jesus can bring—in person, after person, after person. We need to be willing to engage our culture, telling everyone around us the truth about Jesus: He is the way, the truth, and the life. The more Jesus is present in the public square, the more peace and justice we will see. God invested in planet Earth when He sent His son to become one of us. Pastor Allen Jackson discusses that investment and how it yields fruit as we choose to invest our time, energy, resources, and talents in the things God said would provide the best dividend in our lives and in His Kingdom. When we accept Jesus as Lord of our lives, we gain authority over evil and darkness. Pastor Allen tells us about this authority, what it means to our lives, and how to express our authority in Christ so we can live triumphantly. Each of us must choose what we'll do about God. Will we yield to Him as Lord and King, or will we place ourselves in the position of ultimate authority? In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the blessings that come when we choose to obey God, and the curses that result when we don't. Sin is a spiritual disease that is highly contagious and ultimately terminal—engaging in it will destroy you. Pastor Allen offers insight on the spiritual forces at work around us, and also discusses God's design for marriage, family, and gender. God is real, and He desires a relationship with us. Our lives aren't just about what we physically acquire or accomplish—we live in a spiritual dimension, as well, and learning about God brings spiritual freedom to our lives. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson offers foundational truths about God and the reality of His Kingdom. Just as the Kingdom of God exists, so does an opposing kingdom. Pastor Allen discusses both, and offers insight on sin, what it does to us, and ways we can distance ourselves from its influence. God has called us to be overcomers, not overlookers. Remembering how God has delivered us from previous difficulties can help strengthen us as we encounter new challenges today. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the growing pressures Christians will face between now and Jesus' return. He reminds us we shouldn't be surprised by opposition and offers examples from Jesus' and Peter's lives to show how they chose to stand firm in the Truth, pleasing God and following Him instead of conforming to the culture.
