Show Notes

Returning to London always makes me think of the 22-year-old version of me who moved there with no real plan, no clear sense of who she was, and no idea how life in her twenties was supposed to look. She built a life for herself from scratch — navigating uncertainty, independence, and self growth all on her own.

Every time I revisit, I’m reminded of how brave I was back then. How doing the thing that scares you — even when it costs you comfort, certainty, or familiarity — is often the most important step in growing into who you’re meant to be. This chapter of my life taught me that trusting yourself, especially in your twenties, can change everything.

Big sister advice for anyone feeling lost right now: if it scares you, it might just be worth doing 🤍

Love,
Bella
