Using the book "The Little Book of Hygge" by Meik Wiking, I'll tell you how you can easily invite in more comfort, calmness and relaxation into your household. And good news, creating a Hygge practice does not need to be expensive. You can easily use items you already have at home to increase your coziness and decrease your stress.
I'll also tell you how your children will benefit from the practice of Hygge. And I'll tell you how you can use Hygge to create a healthy practice of self care that also sets loving limits for your kids.
