Notice that even with eyes open, you can still sense the presence of the darkness behind closed eyes. Even with these words present, those thoughts present, you can always sense this Silence. When that body is anxious, you can still sense this Rest, this Joy in the background. His Light is Everywhere. It's at your office. It's in the kitchen. It's in the car, in traffic, too. Thoughts... but I focus on the Love. I'm focused on you right now, on what's bothering you. Can you allow that feeling you don't want to be there, to be there without giving it a name, without giving it a story, a narrative of why it's there? Can you for just this moment, not need it to go to prove to yourself that you're advancing in your spirituality, in your life? Can you just let it be there? Can you recognize that everything is perfect, that God placed it there, this feeling isn't bad, yes, it's intense. Feel it with no buffer, with no filter. Nothing can wash this Love away. Nothing can drown what You are. Which is beyond that body. Beyond its needs. Every time you think you're in a situation that seems impossible, that seems like it will never change, like it will never. Look again. I chant Ram, Ram, Ram all throughout the day as often as I can remember (60%-75% of my waking hours-- aloud when I'm alone, silently when I'm with others). When I'm hearing the Sound (sounds like a high pitch 'eeeeee', here), I stop chanting and just Hear. Sometimes I continue to chant Ram WHILE hearing the Sound at the same time. Whether I'm chanting or hearing, I'm KNOWING by feeling that I'm not here as this body, as this scene, as this moment, I'm here as Love. I'm here as the Sound. I'm here as Light.
