Ep 68Mangala Holland: Her Journey of Liberation
Welcome to the Yoga Connection with Zorananda. Today I have the pleasure to interview Mangala Holland. Her and I met in 2012 at the Agama Yoga School in Koh Phangan, Thailand. She dives into what it took for her to realize that the school was in fact a cult, and how it shaped the work that she does now to help people all over the world experience healing through sexual liberation and reclaiming a deeper connection with sexual expression. I unfortunately had some technical issues around the 47 minute mark which resulted in losing the last 10 minutes of the episode. I will have Mangala on again soon to talk about her book 'Orgasms Made Easy', and dive further into the work that she does!A little bit about Mangala:"A leading international expert in female pleasure, Mangala Holland is a Women’s Sexual Confidence & Orgasm Coach and is the author of the #1 best-selling book, Orgasms Made Easy: the No-Nonsense Guide to Self-Pleasure, Sexual Confidence & Female Orgasms.
