We talk with business development veteran Jim Allen about how program and project managers can engage with their stakeholders. Jim also is the lead instructor for a workshop we have produced on mastering stakeholder engagement.
As he explains in our interview, the concept is pretty straightforward, but doing it effectively takes a lot of hard work.
