Steve Hauck, former Utica Police Lieutenant 7/1/2024

The New York Attorney General's Office is investigating after a police officer fatally shot a teenager following a chase on Friday. Three officers, who are now on administrative leave, say they stopped two juveniles who were walking on Friday night in Utica. One of the two ran and, police say, displayed what looked like a handgun. One officer fired at the boy, later identified as 13-year-old Nyah Mway. Mway died at the hospital. With Chris Edwards to talk more about this shooting is Steve Hauck, former Utica Police Lieutenant.
